Handyman Inc., a construction contracting firm, leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 1574 Lakeland Ave. in Bohemia. Michael Zere of Zere Real Estate Services represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, 1574 Lakeland Corp., in the lease transaction.
19 Power Drive, Hauppauge
BP19 Enterprises LLC, an affiliate of Hauppauge-based commercial real estate investors, purchased a 12,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.04 acres at 19 Power Drive in Hauppauge for $2.05 million. The property is leased to Hiab, a load-handling equipment company. Jeffrey Schwartzberg and Jason Miller of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the buyers, while Chuck Tabone and Dan Gazzola of Newmark represented the seller, the estate of Al Giannone, in the sales transaction.
81 Modular Ave., Commack
BP81 Enterprises LLC, an affiliate of Hauppauge-based commercial real estate investors, purchased a 30,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.64 acres at 81 Modular Ave. in Commack for $6.15 million. The property is leased to Lanco York, a packaging supply firm. Jason Miller and Jeffrey Schwartzberg of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the buyers, while Chuck Tabone and Dan Gazzola of Newmark represented the seller, the estate of Al Giannone, in the sales transaction.
350 Walt Whitman Road, Huntington Station
Fast-casual restaurant chain Just Salad leased 2,405 square feet of retail space in the Huntington Shopping Center at 350 Walt Whitman Road in Huntington Station. The New York City-based chain’s newest restaurant, which opened last week, is its fourth on Long Island, following the openings in Commack, Westbury and Oceanside earlier this year. Eric Gillman and Adam Bass of CBRE represented Just Salad, while Joe Byrnes served as in-house representative for landlord Federal Realty in the Huntington Station lease.
38 Bayville Ave., Bayville
Built Well Solar leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at 38 Bayville Ave. in Bayville. Giuseppe Gregorio, Luca DiCiero and Nicholas Evangelista of NY Space Finders represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, Bruce Oxer, in the lease transaction.
