The property was owned and occupied by J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Chase closed this bank branch last year. The buyer was self-represented, while Dan Abbondandolo and Victor Little of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, J.P. Morgan Chase, in the sales transaction.
