I’m going to attempt to make ricotta | The Survival Gardener

Wish me luck.
Last night I made a batch of farmer’s cheese from about five gallons of milk. That left me with probably four gallons of whey. Whatever is left after making ricotta I will use as garden fertilizer. The plants really seem to like diluted whey.
As for the ricotta, I’ll let you know how it goes on the other side.
