How to Create a Folder
- Sign in to vCenter and click the datastore node

- After that, click the datastore on the menu, then click the same datastore on the details pane and select NEW FOLDER. The folder name is New Folder.


- Enter a name for the folder and click OK


How to Delete a Folder
- Sign in to vCenter and click on the datastore node.
- Then, on the datastore node, click the datastore with the folder you want to delete. After that, on the details pane, click the datastore to display its contents. click the folder.
- Finally, check the box next to the folder, then click the more menu (3 dots) and select Delete.


How to Rename a Folder
- Follow the steps in the last section to step 5 in the image above. Then, instead of selecting Delete, select Rename to.


- Finally, give the folder a new name and click OK.
