How Ellen Yin turned her love for the restaurant industry into a culinary empire

Growing up in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Asian-American restaurateur Ellen Yin didn’t see many people who looked like her. She eventually found her home in the restaurant industry and has devoted her life to the culinary world. Now, she operates multiple restaurants in Philadelphia, serving up a wide variety of delights.
