Houston sees another annual jump in active listings in June – Houston Agent Magazine

Active listings increased by 36.7% in June, according to the First Real Estate Snapshot of Houston (FRESH) Report from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

Just shy of 30,000 properties were on the market last month, up from 21,939 properties in June 2023. Meanwhile, Realtors added 15,032 properties to the MLS, an 8.3% increase year over year.

The average listing price also rose 1% to $445,100, up from $440,648 a year prior.
