Houston Roughnecks look to secure 1st win of the season vs. Michigan Panthers on ABC13

DETROIT, Michigan (KTRK) — The Houston Roughnecks look to obtain its first win of the season against the Michigan Panthers at Ford Field on Sunday.

After suffering back-to-back losses in the first two games of the season, Houston will need to play with a sense of urgency in Week 3 to get back to winning ways.

Roughnecks quarterback Reid Sinnett has been named the starter for Sunday’s game after Week 2 starter Jarrett Guarantano was listed out with a chest injury. Houston’s Nolan Henderson will be the backup quarterback.

On the other hand, Michigan (1-1) is also coming off a defeat in its 20-13 loss to the Birmingham Stallions last week.

The game will be televised on ABC13 at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
