Houston listings rise again in latest weekly survey – Houston Agent Magazine

New listings in Houston during the week ended Sept. 16 continued to outpace those placed a year ago, climbing 15.6% on an annual basis, according to the latest Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

Realtors added 3,491 properties to the MLS, up from 3,020 properties during the same week in 2023. Pending listings inched up 1.4% to 2,027.

Closed home sales declined 5.7% year over year to 1,513 from 1,604 a year earlier.

Listing views on HAR.com jumped 17.3% to 9,123,805, while showings were roughly flat, at 34,436
