Heal Your Energy With Frequency Healing • A Little Hippie-ish
[ad_1]
Frequency healing is a healing practice that has been used for years to help heal the mind, body, and soul. If you don’t want to meditate in silence this would be a great addition to your meditation practice and your overall healing ritual. It’s something that is new to me and I’m excited to share what I learned about it with you.
Brief History of Frequency Healing
For years holistic healers have recognized that different frequencies of sounds have the ability to manipulate the human consciousness and even induce an altered consciousness. This can be seen by the trance states indeed by shamanic chanting and drum work. Many cultures have healing frequencies to induce altered mindstates (shamanism) and promote healing. Whether you listen to recordings or play them yourself it’s wildly believed that certain vibration frequencies can help heal the mind body and soul.1
How Does Frequency Healing Work?
One of the more popular ways of frequency healing is sound healing. This is the use of using different sounds to improve your physical and mental well-being. Using this method is exposing your brain to a specific frequency which can change its overall frequency. This can be done with binaural beats, two tones played at slightly different frequencies in our ear by a binaural sound healer.
Another is Brainwave entertainment which can be effective for various problems like depression, insomnia, and chronic pain.
Vibrational therapy involves using a machine that produces vibrations at a specific frequency. They can be applied to the body, which can help reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote healing. This is often used to help things like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.
Lastly, there is music therapy a great form of healing that involves using music to improve your physical, mental, and emotional health. This can help with a variety of conditions like anxiety, depression, pain, and insomnia. 2
How To Use Frequency Therapy
The Solfeggio frequencies are the tones used for this particular practice. Guido D’Arezzo a Benedictine monk introduced the solfeggio scales in the 11th century.
The Frequencies are
174Hz – Relieves tension and pain.
285Hz – Safety, energy, and survival.
396Hz – Liberate from fear and guilt.
417Hz – Facilitate change and undoing situations.
528Hz – Creates miracles and transformations like DNA repair.
639Hz – Reconnect and enhance relationships.
741Hz – Find solutions and self-expression.
852Hz – Return to spiritual order.
963Hz – Create room for ones and unity.
Using the frequencies
Find the frequency that focuses on what you want to heal. Create a healing ritual whether it’s during a period of rest or in the morning or in the evening. I do mine in the shower I love the frequencies with the water and it makes me feel so calm. I also do it when I practice my recovering yoga when I just want to unwind at the end of a long day.
You can find frequencies on youtube or Spotify. I use Spotify so I won’t be interrupted mid-meditation and an ad comes on. You can listen for as long as you like but I find 5 minutes is enough for me.
Being receptive and in a meditative state of mind is very important when you’re listening to these frequencies. It helps the frequency flow through the body and clear your mind and realign your energy. Of course, this is a practice it’s not a one-time thing so make sure you do it regularly to see lasting results.
