(FOX40.COM) — Comedian and Davis native Hasan Minhaj added a second Sacramento show for his “Off With His Head” tour.

Minhaj will perform back-to-back shows on March 29 at the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center. The comedian’s second show will take place at 10 p.m., three hours after his first scheduled show at the downtown Sacramento venue.

The Davis native initially announced tour dates in November including a show in Sacramento on March 29 at 7 p.m. The second show is part of a slate of added shows that were announced Friday.

Tickets for the 10 p.m. show are available online. Minhaj’s 7 p.m. show is sold out, according to Ticketmaster.

Minhaj grew up in Davis, graduating from Davis High School and UC Davis before embarking on a comedy career. He’s been vocal about his love for the Sacramento Kings and was spotted at home games during the team’s playoff run last season.

He gained national fame as a comedian and writer while working on “The Daily Show” from 2014 to 2018 before hosting his own show, “Patriot Act” on Netflix from 2018 to 2020.
