Habit for Humanity of Long Island, which helps build homes for those in need, has named new board members:

Autumn Storm Behm, a regional solutions consultant at Wolters Kluwer, brings strategic business expertise in development and operations, with experience building high-performance teams and driving multi-million-dollar sales growth. She is a member of many Long Island community and nonprofit organizations, including the Women’s Economic Developers of Long Island and Melville Chamber of Commerce.

Josephine Cuggino, an executive assistant at H2M Architects + Engineers, is actively involved in the company’s charitable endeavors and has been a long-standing volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of Long Island.

Rachel Gilbert, a client manager  for small law firms and nonprofits, brings  a diverse background in customer engagement, solutions consulting, training program development, legal administration and organizational leadership. She possesses years of experience coordinating multifaceted projects, planning and implementing promotional strategies.

Michael Halperin, chief revenue officer for Solarus Technologies, is a sales and business leader who is passionate about community development. He has worked with many non-profit organizations such as Girls Inc., the American Red Cross and the Nonprofit Cooperative.

Peter Hayes, a retired banker, brings years of expertise from his role at JP Morgan, where for over 20 years he held positions in credit, accounting, and policy. Hayes is a certified public accountant with an Master in Business Studies degree from NYU Stern School.

Raymond Homburger, manager of customer quality assurance at  PSEG Long Island, is a committed to improving and building relationships with the utiity’s customers. He dedicates much of his free time to local charitable organizations for the betterment of the community.

Tamara Morrison, CEO of Premier HR Consulting, has shaped high-performing cultures at Fortune 500, non-profit and major growth brands by providing expertise that positively impact the bottom line. She develops executable strategies that motivate teams individually to exceed corporate objectives.

Kevin O’Connor, CEO of  Dime Community Bank, has been named one of Long Island’s top CEOs by Long Island Business News. He served previously as CEO of BNB Bank, which during his tenure, was consistently rated by Newsday as one of the top places to work on Long Island.

Kathi Tirelli, a real estate attorney, has practiced law since 1997 and brings extensive experience in real estate law, business law and employment law. Previously, she was an associate in an employment law firm from 2011 to 2020.
