Freeloaders at Miami city garages may get parking boot

Miami may be booting more cars in city parking lots and garages as it deals with the problem of drivers who tailgate the cars ahead of them to slip out without paying. On the other hand, non-paying drivers won’t face arrests or being haled into a court that no longer exists.
