The Keto diet has been a real game changer for my husband recently and has helped him lose over two and a half stone in under a year. He has tried many diets over the years but this one really worked for him so I wanted to share some of this information with you. How to start a keto diet for free
We started using an app called Carb Manager – Keto Tracker, which is a great way of keeping track of what you are eating. I felt like I needed to lose a few pounds too, so we both started this together. This app definitely takes the stress out of working out what you can and can’t eat.
It has the capability of scanning bar codes on food packaging and it then tells you whether that food is suitable or not. Once you have used it for a while you get in a natural rhythm of your own and probably won’t need it anymore but it’s a real help at the beginning.
