CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) — For the second day in a row, firefighters from the Cleveland Division of Fire were called out to a business owned by a former Cleveland Browns player.

The first call was for a small fire that caused about $5,000 in damage, but the second call reported massive flames and caused extensive damage.

The industrial building, at the intersection of E. 55th Street and Lake Court, houses a company called The Clean Group. It is a commercial laundry company that provides uniform, linen, and towel rentals along with laundry and bathroom & office supplies.

On Wednesday, at 7 a.m. a dryer fire was reported. Then Thursday, at about 3:30 a.m., huge flames could be seen shooting from the building, and responding crews reported a roof collapse.

You can see video from the scene early Thursday below:

It’s unclear if the two incidents are related. According to Lt. Mike Norman, fire investigators are working to determine the cause of Thursday’s massive blaze, and will look into the possibility that the two fires may somehow be connected.

According to the company’s website, The Clean Group was founded by former Cleveland Browns player Joe Jurevicius.

He tells FOX 8 News:

I’m saddened the livelihoods of ALL my employees will be disrupted for the foreseeable future. They’ve helped be build something that represented Cleveland and the businesses that call Northeast Ohio home. The efforts that they’ve put in appear to be gone and that stings. I know nothing more than to regroup and come back stronger but this hurts on so many levels. Thank you to the Cleveland Fire Department, I appreciate all of you.”
