In November 2020, Oregon made history when its voters passed Ballot Measure 109, now known as the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act. This created a statewide regulatory system to support a market for supervised psilocybin experiences.
This year, after two years of rule making and planning, the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has now licensed manufacturers, analysis laboratories, training programs, facilitators, and service centers, fulfilling the vision established in Measure 109.
Attendees at the first day of Horizons Northwest will get to hear from Angela Allbee, MPA, manager of the Oregon Health Authority Psilocybin Services Section, and over a dozen other leaders in the regulated market for psilocybin services throughout the state.
