Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg, son of Grand Duke Jean and Grand Duchess Joséphine Charlotte of Luxembourg, announced his Engagement to Sibilla Weiller, daughter of Princess Olimpia Torlonia and Paul-Louis Weiller and great-granddaughter of King Alfonso XIII and Queen Victoria Eugenie of Spain.
