This tutorial is all about vignetting! What it is, where it comes from, why you might want to remove it from your images, or why you might want to add it!

Darkening the edges of an image is a great way to direct the viewer’s attention towards the centre of the image where your subject is. But what happens if your subject is off-center? And how do you make the effect subtle, not like it comes from the 80s?

There’s a couple of different ways to add a vignette in Lightroom, so we’ll dive into those methods and find out which one gives you a better result, and why.

By the end of this video, you’ll know exactly how to add a subtle, effective vignette to your image!
