As for one little dog with a unique look, he was named Mugshot because “no one should be this good-looking!” He has his own vibrant personality and is so full of life and love. It’s hard to imagine how someone could just surrender a dog as sweet as him, but it’s as they say–one man’s trash is another man’s treasure!
