DENVER (KDVR) — Temperatures stay in the 90s for Denver’s weather Sunday, along with isolated storm chances in the afternoon.
Some areas to the south of Denver, including Pueblo, are under a heat advisory until 7 p.m., so make sure to drink water and wear sunscreen if you plan on going outside.
Weather today: 90s again along with some storms
Temperatures will be cooler on Sunday, but will still remain above average. Highs will max out in the middle to lower 90s, meanwhile, the southeast part of the state will see temperatures at 100+ degrees.

Denver will be seeing some scattered showers and thunderstorms as well mainly after 3 p.m.

Weather tonight: Mostly cloudy and mild
Mostly cloudy skies stick around Sunday evening as overnight low temperatures sink down into the middle 60s. Winds will be out of the southwest anywhere from 5-15 mph.

Looking ahead: Minor rain chances
Although temperatures will stay in the 90s in the long term, there are some minor rain chances as well.
Monday appears to be the best chance for spotty showers or thunderstorms. Temperatures will be in the low 90s, but far from any records.

Periodic rain chances stick around through next week, although they are on the low end. Temperatures also remain steady in the lower 90s for the Denver metro.
