This woodland Witches hat is hand felted using merino fibres. i have seamlessly felted it using The hats shown are decorated with needle felted pumpkins, vines and leaves. This hat will ship from the uk boxed with tracking. To measure for a hat size you take either a tape measure or piece of string, and pass it around your head. You position your measure on your forehead above your eyebrows, and meet the ends at the back of your head. If youve used string then measure that with a ruler to get the size.
