Costco’s bakery section is like that really cool DJ at the party — because they always bring back all of your favorite hits, and their bakery section never misses.

Their bakery section has some fantastic finds and builds anticipation and buzz around them by taking them on and off the shelves with no regard for our feelings. This year alone, they already brought back their butter cinnamon sugar loaves — although at a higher price, but that didn’t stop fans from splurging a little extra on the sweet dessert. And for Valentine’s Day, they even brought back their hand-dipped, long-stemmed chocolate-covered strawberries.

Now, the Instagram account @costcohotfinds posted that the store is bringing back another one of their beloved deserts. “Mini Carrot Cakes are back in the Costco Bakery!!! Some may call these huge cupcakes but mini cakes sound more fun,” the post’s caption reads

Priced at $9.99 per 6-pack, the mini carrot cakes are a seasonal item that usually appear in the springtime leading up to Easter. They’re made with a classic carrot cake recipe, including walnuts and raisins, and topped with cream cheese icing. The cupcake is then adorned with a cute carrot on top, making it the perfect treat for the season.

I’ve never had a carrot cake with raisins, and after looking online it seems to be a divisive topic. But because Costco’s bakery hasn’t steered me wrong yet, I’ll be sure to try and get my hands on them before Costco pulls them off the shelves and breaks our hearts.

The dessert is sure to be an excellent addition to any Easter celebration, so while everyone is showing up with chocolate bunny rabbits and mini eggs, you can steal the show with these mini carrot cakes.
