After two decades of pioneering in the commercial construction arena, Reaume Richardson is embarking on a significant transformation within its leadership structure, signaling a new era for the Los Angeles based general contracting firm. Bryson Reaume, who has served as CEO since the company’s inception, will transition to the role of Co-Founder & Senior Advisor, focusing more time to their sister companies in the Owners Representation and Development firms The Cooperative LA, and Stately LA.
Evan Richardson is set to take the reins as CEO, stepping up from his current position as President. With a deep-seated passion for construction and a longstanding commitment to the company’s ethos, Richardson is poised to lead the firm into its next chapter of growth.
The company welcomes Luke MacDougall as President, who joins the team from Shawmut Design and Construction in New York. MacDougall’s depth of experience, commitment to training and unwavering pursuit of excellence will fuel Reaume Richardson’s march into its third decade in business.
The company’s focus will remain on its core project offering of adaptive reuse and building repositioning, post-production, hospitality, creative tenant improvements and iconic projects in the greater LA area.
