(MISSOURINET) – The packaging that adult-use marijuana comes in will soon look different. One of the provisions of last year’s Amendment 3 were new standards for the packages that contain cannabis. Amy Moore is Director of Cannabis Regulation for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services:
Moore says cannabis packages will soon be plain and uniform, with fewer colors and no more than two logos. Current standards allow more colors and designs that might seem enticing to some customers and to kids at home. The new standards take effect July 31st.
