Brothers charged after wild alleged wedding brawl at Sheraton Grand in Sydney CBD – Medical Marijuana Program Connection

Three brothers were arrested after a family dispute at an extravagant wedding in Sydney’s CBD escalated into a wild alleged brawl at the weekend.
The incident unfolded at the Sheraton Grand on Elizabeth St, just after midnight on Sunday morning, with riot squad officers called to the alleged fracas.

As Richard, 35, and Khalil and Khalid Bouelias, both in their 40s, tried to leave the hotel, NSW Police allege they assaulted police and resisted arrest.
Richard Bouelias is accused of injuring a 32-year-old senior constable, who then deployed his taser.
All three men were arrested, and two were taken to Day Street Police Station and the other to Surry Hills Police Station, NSW Police said.
The injured officer was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital in a stable condition.
“The police officer was injured, he certainly received some injuries to his face, but he’s OK,” NSW Police deputy commissioner Mal Lanyon told 7NEWS.
