Attorney General Merrick Garland on Thursday announced the appointment of Robert Hur as special counsel to oversee the investigation into classified documents found at the former office and home of President Biden. The announcement came hours after the White House acknowledged a small number of classified documents were found in Mr. Biden’s garage in Delaware. Adriana Diaz reports.
