Kids Ride Free with Amtrak this Summer
Amtrak has launched a new summer promotion for families with young kids. With this offer you get free companion fares for all kids, ages 2 to 12, traveling with at least one adult. Available for sale June 15 through 20, tickets are valid for travel between June 30 – September 30 (Monday through Thursday departures).
This limited time offer is available for Coach class travel on most routes across the country, as well as Acela Business Class. Book now using the fare finder above and in the Amtrak app using promo code C618. Check out the details below.

- Valid for travel on all services except: Pacific Surfliner, Pacific Surfliner Temporary Chartered Vehicles, and 7000-8999 Thruway Buses
- Children ages 2-12 travel free with the purchase of at least one (1) adult rail fare.
