Amex GBT CFO Gerow to Depart

American Express Global Business Travel chief financial officer Martine Gerow will depart the company on June 30, the company reported Tuesday in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. 

Gerow will be replaced by current Amex GBT deputy CFO Karen Williams, effective July 1, according to the filing. Williams joined GBT in May 2022 from InterContinental Hotels Group, where she was SVP of global strategy and planning. She previously held roles at American Express and Avios, according to GBT.

Gerow will “take a position outside the company,” according to the filing.
