||TRAUMA||
Trauma doesn’t always need to be caused by an incident. It can be caused as casually as a daily activity like eating or sleeping its effects can be severe and long-lasting.
Trauma isn’t always depression or like anything that we see and imagine in movie .It can be caused to normal people like you and us through series of repetitive events that seem torturous to us.
Now the thing is , you need to accept the fact that you are hurt. Why to keep lying to yourself when you know that it is not going to be of any good ?
90% of people are in trauma and can’t come out of it because they fail to or rather don’t want to accept the fact that they have unhealed wounds. To all our friends who are reading this article , learn to say NO to the thing that is causing you trouble . You yourself are everything you need.
If any external source is causing you trouble or hampering your mental peace then cut it off and stay away from it. DO NOT SACRIFICE FOR SOMETHING OR SOMEONE THAT CAUSES YOU HARM.
If you’ve already come out of the negative source ,Well done!
Yet you may still feel traumatized but believe us it is okay.
When you stay in a situation for too long and suddenly come out of it , your mind takes time to adjust and heart take time to accept the fact that you are finally out.
Time heals every wound however deep it may be.
You may still feel like your past is chasing your present. While taking your own decisions you might feel anxious ,thinking of what that person would think even though you are no longer with them.
Your new independent self will remind you of how hard it could have been to choose things in presence of that person or situation .
But now that you are out , you will be okay on your own . If you get trauma attacks reminding you of how horrible you felt back then , then calm yourself down , take a few deep breathes and feel your feelings to heal yourself . Examine your wounds to treat it properly. It is okay to cry. Crying doesn’t make you weak .
Hey there boys , did you read that properly? Yeah , cry your pain out .
” CASUAL ” THINGS THAT CAN LEAD YOU TO TRAUMA OR PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder)
- Witnessing a dreadful incident
- Being bullied
- Being in a situation of physical or mental abuse
- Continuous series of betrayal from close people
Stop trying to pretend that you are not hurt or that your problem is small. That is called devaluing yourself. The one and only way to come out of the mental hell is by accepting .
