A well-maintained piece of Colorado history is on the market for $599,000.

Once a stopover for traveling miners, The Pitkin Railroad depot was frequented during Colorado’s gold rush in the 1870s. Pitkin was an essential stop as hopeful travelers continued on to the nearby town of Gunnison.

Today, though, the depot is a cozy, quirky mountain cottage featuring three bedrooms and vintage interiors. It’s currently listed on Special Finds.
