After four years of leading Rewire News Group, Galina Espinoza has decided to step down as President and Editor in Chief. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and vision, which has helped shape this publication into the powerful resource it is today in the reproductive rights, health, and justice space. While we embark on a search for Rewire News Group’s next leader, I am pleased to announce that board member Kate Bernyk will step in as interim president, assuming interim administrative and operations leadership, and Executive Editor Jessica Mason Pieklo will assume oversight of editorial and content strategy.
