Let’s talk filenames. Not the most glamorous topic, but if you want to save time on workflow and file management so you can spend more time on the glamorous editing stuff, it’s an important one!

Did you know, you can set up a custom filename template for Lightroom to use as part of the import process? Instead of being stuck with non-descriptive filenames, usually consisting of three letters and four numbers, Lightroom can rename your files to include your name (or business name) and the date – plus a range of other useful bits of information!
