Sylvan: “Our favorite reading tip for readers is to make reading enjoyable! Parents should be reading with their children from day one! Read outside, in tents, in a cozy corner in the house, with
grandparents via facetime, or in silly voices. Take turns reading with your child. Talk about the
books and relate the characters or events to their lives. Act out the books or write a new ending.
