Blueberry, Pear and Coconut Chia Pudding Recipe — Body Fusion Best Dietitian Sydney

Heard of Chia Pudding but have no idea how to make it? Here is a delicious recipe below which will knock your socks off.
Ingredients

6 Tbsp chia seeds
-
Tsp vanilla essence
-
1 cup light coconut milk
-
0.5 cup kefir (I used coconut flavour)

0.5 cup greek yoghurt
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
1 mashed banana
-
2x poached pears, pureed or diced (depends on what texture you like!)

Handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
Method:

Poach pears: Example recipe here (can omit spice if you want or keep, remembering there is already cinnamon added in this recipe)

Add all ingredients to a large jar and shake vigorously until there are no clumps and everything is all combined

Place in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple of hours

Serve topped with blueberries
