With people these days serving a meal would be a real hassle for
the airline, and their catering service. Many people would want
culturally approved foods, many people would demand a special
meal because of allergies, and many would want vegan.
Just imagine our 2023 citizens not getting exactly what they wanted,
or how Mom would have cooked it.
