Southwest Rapid Rewards credit cards from Chase have launched a travel contest that allows people (students, parents and fellow teachers) to nominate well-deserving teachers for learning-inspired trips. Between now and Nov. 9, nominations can be made through the contest website. Three winners will receive an “edu-vacation” to one of five places like Chicago, Maui, Nashville, Palm Springs or Washington, D.C. Seven runners-up will receive a prize, too: 30,000 Southwest Rapid Rewards that they can redeem for a free trip on Southwest. Potential sailings include seven to 21 day cruises to Europe, Alaska, Mexico or the Caribbean among other places in a Vista or Signature Suite.
