3 Lake County deputies shot, 1 in critical condition after shooting in Eustis

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office said that three of their deputies were shot in Eustis on Friday.The shooting occurred in the Orlando Hills subdivision off of County Road 439, according to deputies. Two deputies injured were transported to Florida Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, and the third one was transported to AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares.WESH 2 News crews at the scene were told that one deputy was shot in the abdomen and arm. That deputy is currently in critical condition. Another deputy was shot in the arm but is in stable condition. So far, there are no details on the current condition of the third deputy injured. Family members of the victims are currently in the hospital. The scene remains active, and the area is blocked off. Deputies also said no suspect has been arrested at this point.
