The suspects were identified as 24-year-old San Jose resident Juan Osvaldoramirez and 21-year-old Santa Clara resident Angel Penaloza.
Colma PD arrested the two after employees at the Colma Marshalls identified the suspects.
Police determined the suspects stole approximately $3,766.21 worth of merchandise.
Osvaldoramirez and Penaloza were both booked into the San Mateo County Jail for suspicion of grand theft and felony conspiracy to commit a crime.
