Update

A 16-year-old juvenile has been charged for his involvement in a fatal accident in July that resulted in the death of a 15-year-old girl, according to a news release.

The release states that the juvenile was driving a Honda CRV in gross excess of the speed limit and showed a reckless disregard for the safety of others. This contributed to the collision of the golf cart the 15-year-old girl was riding.

On August 26, the juvenile was petitioned to Family Court for this charge.
