One of the big Bollywood releases of 2024 is Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The Pooja Entertainment film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar who has proven himself in the genre with Tiger Zinda Hai and Gunday. Producer Jackky Bhagnani revealed that Govinda had some warm words to say about Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The teasers featuring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff have got a good response from everyone. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has Prithviraj Sukumaran as the antagonist while Manushi Chhillar, Sonakshi Sinha and Alaya F are the leading ladies.

This is how Govinda reacted to Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
The film has the same title as the 1998 comedy Bade Miyan Chote Miyan that had Amitabh Bachchan and Govinda in lead roles. In that movie, Govinda played the part of Chote Miyan. We know that Vashu Bhagnani, Govinda and David Dhawan have had a long association. Jackky Bhagnani has revealed that he met Govinda and showed him the trailer. He said that Amitabh Bachchan was busy but he did manage to meet the 90s hero. Jackky Bhagnani said, “He saw it and said to me, “Your director is a very good man.”
Govinda is all praise for filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar
It seems Govinda gushed about the film to Jackky Bhagnani. He said, “Ali hasn’t made a film but cinema with Bade Miya Chote Miyan.” Jackky Bhagnani has known Govinda since he was a child. He said, “We all know that Chichi bhaiya is a veteran and legend. I grew up in front of him. And his words gave me so much confidence. It was just amazing. I’m a creative person who’s now producing. It made me so happy. All of us are working day and night so that people like what we made and praise us.”
Ali Abbas Zafar over the moon after getting praise from Govinda
Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar is over the moon after hearing Govinda’s praises for him. Sharing his excitement, Ali Abbas Zafar said, “Both Mr Bachchan and Govinda sir are legends. I’m so happy to hear what Govinda sir said about the trailer. His words are like a blessing. I hope they feel proud of us for taking their legacy forward in the right way when they watch the film.”
