  • Love Island‘s Serena Page Expected Rob Rausch to Be ‘Pretty Good’ on Traitors: ‘He’s Good at Reading People’ (Exclusive)

    [ad_1]

Serena Page wasn’t surprised to see her former Love Island USA co-star Rob Rausch make it this far on The Traitors Season 4.

“I’ve been seeing clips online. I’m definitely gonna go watch it. It seems like he’s doing good from what I’ve been seeing,” Serena tells StyleCaster while promoting her partnership with European Wax Center. “But I’m not on TraitorTok and that side of the internet, because I don’t watch it. But I heard he’s doing good, and it seems like he’s still in the game.” She added, “Rob’s really good at reading people. I feel like that’s a show he would like be pretty good on.

Serena starred with Rob on Love Island USA Season 6, which she won with her boyfriend, Kordell Beckham. As for how well she would fare on The Traitors, Serena isn’t confident. “Oh, my God, I still need to learn the basis of everything, but I’m really good at reading people as well,” she says. “If that’s just all I need to do is read and observe and socialize, I can do that.” I might be pretty good. Who knows? I think I would be able to clock a traitor easily.”

She is confident, however, that she would last longer in the competition than Kordell. “Kordell is so bad at lying. I would be better at lying than him, but also he’s super forgetful, so he might slip up and say the wrong thing and get kicked out or something. He might literally tell somebody [he’s a traitor],” she says.

Serena and Kordell are set to celebrate their second Valentine’s Day together. Their first Valentine’s Day in 2025 was spent at a cabin in Big Bear, California. For this year, Serena wants something more lowkey. “We’re both super, super busy this week and working a lot. I don’t know the exact plans, because he’s making them, but I’m hoping that it’s just something chill and relaxing,” she says. “We both have a lot to do this week as well, so I would assume that it’s something chill, low-key in the house. Maybe some movies. Maybe a little staycation or something.”

Another date Serena wants to make happen with Kordell is a trip to European Wax Center, where Serena has been getting waxed at since she was a high school cheerleader. “That would be absolutely hilarious,” Serena says of the idea of getting waxed with Kordell. “Because he’s very, very, very dramatic, so I would definitely want to see that. But I also don’t know what he would get waxed. I’m sure he doesn’t want his own arms waxed.”

In honor of Valentine’s Day, Serena launched a bundle with European Wax Center featuring her favorite products. “These products are my core products. The ingrown hair serum and the ingrown wipes I’ve been using since I first started going,” she says. “The body buffer is like a built-in sponge. It’s just such a cute and cool invention. I’m sure a lot of people who go to European Wax Center may be the first timers. I think the ingrown hair serum is just a staple, and something that everybody should have, especially if you’re waxing.”

“I moisturize every morning, every night, sometimes midday if I’m not wearing makeup. Neutrogena water boost. That one’s super light. I have very sensitive skin. • Love Island USA’s Amaya on Filming Beyond the Villa With Ex Bryan: ‘You’re Ex-ed Out of My Life Forever’ (Exclusive)

    [ad_1]

Love Island USAs Amaya Espinal—also known as Amaya Papaya—isn’t stressing about filming Season 2 of Love Island: Beyond the Villa with her ex, Bryan Arenales.

“How do I feel about filming with my ex? Extremely unbothered. Once you’re my ex, you’re ex-ed out of my life forever. But what’s up, bro?” Amaya told StyleCaster while promoting Herbal Essences’ new hair mist launch in scents rose, lavender, and coconut.

Amaya and Bryan met on Love Island USA Season 7, and were crowned as the winners in the finale in July 2025. Less than two months later, Amaya and Bryan announced on social media that they had split. In November, Peacock announced that the two would be a part of the Love Island: Beyond the Villa Season 2 cast, along with other Season 7 alums.

    Amaya Papaya

“Honestly, I was very excited when I got the offer to do Beyond the Villa,” Amaya said. “Because this is my chance to show different parts of me and more of my private life to my supporters, so they could grow more of a connection with me, see my journey, and see how my life has been after the villa, because baby there has been so much going on, and I’m sure you guys are going to want to tune in.”

She added, “Currently, we have started filming, and we’ve been filming in California. However, it’s been in New York as well, because I’m from here, and I can’t wait for everyone to watch the show.”

Herbal Essences Rose Perfume Fragrance Hair Spray

While Love Island: Beyond the Villa Season 2 will include Amaya and Bryan, along with other memorable contestants Iris Kendall, TJ Palma, and Pepe Garcia, the series, noticeably, won’t include other names like Nic Vansteenberghe, Olandria Carthen, Huda Mustafa, Ace Greene, and Chelley Bissainthe.

“Honestly, I’m going to miss most of the cast members, just because I’m so used to us—all of us—being inside of the villa together,” Amaya said. “So not seeing them on Beyond the Villa is going to be like, ‘Oh, where are they?’ But to each their own. Everyone’s lives are so busy right now, so it depends on the person, if it works for their schedule or not.”

  • The Beauty Bag Has Exited The Villa! Huda Beauty Drops ‘Love Island USA”s Huda Mustafa Over Racism Controversy

    [ad_1]

Love Island USA star Huda Mustafa is paying a significant price for laughing while someone hurled a slur at her Black castmate during a recent livestream. In a decisive move, makeup giant Huda Beauty has officially pulled the plug on their partnership with the reality star following intense social media backlash.

    Source: Gilbert Flores / Getty

The recent Huda controversy stems from a livestream where the former reality contestant and her boyfriend, Louis Russell (who gained popularity after appearing in the Netflix dating show universe), appeared to laugh when they received a “prank” phone call in which a fan used the N-word while referring to her former Love Island castmate, Olandria Carthen. The incident immediately sparked outrage, with fans demanding accountability from Mustafa and Russell.

As a result of the Huda controversy, Huda Beauty, the influential brand helmed by makeup mogul Huda Kattan, released a firm statement on Instagram, confirming the brand is no longer in partnership with the reality star. According to TMZ, the brand stated that while they don’t believe Mustafa’s actions reflect her “true character,” they found the situation “pretty upsetting.” The company noted that members of their community and their own team were hurt by the incident, prompting the immediate decision to end their partnership with Mustafa. They have also “scrubbed any related content” from their social media pages and in-store displays.

    The Huda Controversy Recap

As BOSSIP reported, the fallout began with intense criticism from Mustafa’s former castmates and the public. This came after a statement from Olandria Carthen herself, who reacted to the controversial livestream by encouraging those involved to put their money where their mouths are and donate to organizations dedicated to uplifting the Black community.

“Words like that carry generations of pain, and pretending otherwise only keeps the cycle going. Defending it, laughing about it, or making excuses is even worse,” Carthen wrote on Instagram.

Another Love Island USA star, Chelley Bissainthe, also spoke out, encouraging everyone to “not make light of moments like these,” calling racism “disgusting and disheartening.”

Following mounting criticism, Mustafa posted a rather flippant statement insisting that she and Louis hadn’t heard what was said. However, she quickly followed up with a more comprehensive apology to Olandria on Wednesday, October 28, stating she wanted to “more fully take accountability for my actions.”

“I want to begin by saying I completely respect Olandria, and it’s extremely disheartening that anyone, especially a presumed child, would find it excusable to use this type of language, and doing so only underlines the ignorance of the gravity that such a word carries,” Mustafa wrote.

Mustafa explained that her laugh was a nervous, uncomfortable reaction, not one of amusement. “My reaction in that moment came from being caught off guard, not from finding the word or situation funny,” she continued. “It was a nervous, uncomfortable reaction that I recognize was inappropriate.” She added that she would be making a “personal donation to the NAACP” and encouraged others to do the same.

Despite her attempt to “accept responsibility” and apologize to Olandria for her immediate reaction, the financial consequences of her actions have been swift. Huda Beauty’s statement stressed that “accountability is key in moments like this,” adding that they hope something meaningful comes out of the situation.

A local reality star is facing backlash after her reaction to a cast mate being called a racial slur.

Huda Mustafa from “Love Island USA” Season 7 issued a public apology to her costar Olandria Carthen, for the incident caught on a livestream with her boyfriend from Netflix’s “Perfect Match,” Louis Russell, UsWeekly reported.

According to a clip published by TMZ, the couple appeared to be laughing after a caller used a derogatory term when referring to Carthen, who is Black.

Afterward, the 25-year-old Raleigh fitness coach posted on Instagram Stories saying she and Russell didn’t hear what was said, except the racial slur and “hung up immediately,” People Magazine reported, adding that “I don’t condone anything of the sort.”

In her own social media statement, Carthen expressed that she does not condone racism of any kind, or entertain it.

“That kind of language is never acceptable. Not in anger, not as a joke, not ever. Words like that carry generations of pain, and pretending otherwise only keeps the cycle going,” she stated in part Wednesday, Oct. 29.

“ I encourage those who have participated in the stream and their followers to demonstrate a genuine commitment to anti-racism by donating to organizations and foundations dedicated to educating and uplifting this community such as UNCF, NAACP, and/or the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.”

Following her initial statement, Mustafa took to social media a second time further address and apologize for her reaction.

“I want to take this moment to more fully take accountability for my actions. I want to begin by saying I completely respect Olandria and it’s extremely disheartening that anyone, especially a presumed child, would find it excusable to use this type of language, and doing so only underlines the ignorance of the gravity that such a word carries,” Mustafa said in part on an Instagram story posted Wednesday, Oct. 29.

“Olandria- it is now clear that this comment was targeted at you, and I apologize for my immediate reaction. My reaction in that moment came from being caught off guard, not from finding the word or situation funny. It was a nervous, uncomfortable reaction that I recognize was inappropriate. I want to be clear that I do not condone or tolerate anyone who uses such language, and I strongly encourage the individual responsible to reflect deeply on their words and the harm they’ve caused.”

She then said she’s making a personal donation to the NAACP and encouraged others to do the same, providing links to organizations The Loveland Foundation and the Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective.

The News & Observer reached out to a representative for Mustafa for comment but has not yet heard back.

Huda and her boyfriend Louis Russell, who appeared on season 3 of Netflix’s Perfect Match, laughed when a caller used the racial slur on a recent livestream. After posting an initial statement on Tuesday, October 28, insisting they didn’t hear what was said, Huda shared an apology on Wednesday to “more fully take accountability for my actions.”

“I want to begin by saying I completely respect Olandria, and it’s extremely disheartening that anyone, especially a presumed child, would find it excusable to use this type of language, and doing so only underlines the ignorance of the gravity that such a word carries,” Huda began.

“Olandria — it is now clear that this comment was targeted at you, and I apologize for my immediate reaction. My reaction in that moment came from being caught off guard, not from finding the word or situation funny,” she continued. “It was a nervous, uncomfortable reaction that I recognize was inappropriate. I want to be clear that I do not condone or tolerate anyone who uses such language, and I strongly encourage the individual responsible to reflect deeply on their words and the harm they’ve caused.”

Huda went on to say she would be making a “personal donation to the NAACP” and encouraged others to do the same.

As previously reported, this comes after a statement from Olandria on Wednesday, who reacted to the controversial livestream in her own statement posted to her Instagram Stories. It was there that she encouraged those involved to put their money where their mouths are and donate to organizations dedicated to uplifting the Black community.

“I do not condone racism of any kind, nor do I entertain it. That kind of language is never acceptable. Not in anger, not as a joke, not ever,” Olandria wrote. “Words like that carry generations of pain, and pretending otherwise only keeps the cycle going. Defending it, laughing about it or making excuses is even worse.”

She continued, “While I anticipate this will result in surface level apologies that fade in a few days, I’d like to transform this moment into something actionable. I encourage those who have participated in the stream and their followers to demonstrate a genuine commitment to anti-racism by donating to organizations and foundations dedicated to educating and uplifting this community, such as the UNCF, NAACP and/or the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. I will be making a personal donation as well.”

Another star from Love Island USA season 7, Chelley Bissainthe, spoke on the incident on her Instagram Story, encouraging everyone to “not make light of moments like these.”

“Seeing what happened with a former Love Island cast mate and her partner, laughing during a prank call that included a racist remark toward Olandria was disappointing to say the least,” she began in her statement. “Racism isn’t a prank, it’s not entertainment, and it’s definitely not something to laugh at. As a Black woman, it’s painful to watch moments like this play out so casually because it shows how normalized disrespect and ignorance can become when people choose silence or humor over accountability.”

Chelley continued, “Any form of racism should always be checked right away. There’s nothing awkward about racism… it’s disgusting and disheartening. And i’ll always speak on it.”

“Let’s not make light of moments like these,” she concluded. “There’s a bigger message here: use your voice and stand up for what’s right no matter the time, place, or who’s watching.”

  • Why Did Isaiah & Sydney Break Up From Love Island Games? Here’s What He Said About the Cheating Rumors

    [ad_1]

Love Island Games Season 2 viewers were in for a surprise on the September 22 episode when none other than Isaiah’s Love Island USA ex, Sydney, arrived as a bombshell and confirmed that there was “unfinished business” between the two. But why did Isaiah and Sydney break up? Well, we’ll let him tell the story.

Isaiah Campbell, a 24-year-old from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Sydney Paight, a 25-year-old from Houston, Texas, met on Love Island USA Season 4 in 2022, where they were the runners-up. Both original islanders, they coupled up on Day 1 before splitting on Day 5 when Isaiah coupled up with Mady McLanahan and Sydney coupled up with Andy Voyen.

They got back together on Day 9 and stayed coupled up until the finale, where they came in second place to Timmy Pandolfi and Zeta Morrison. After the finale, they stayed together for more than a year until December 2023 when Sydney announced on Instagram that she was single. But why did Isaiah and Sydney break up from Love Island USA?

Why did Isaiah and Sydney break up from Love Island Games?

In an interview on the “Forever Unemployed” podcast in December 2023, Isaiah revealed that Sydney broke up with him after he cheated on her with another woman. During the interview, Isaiah explained that he was celebrating his friend’s birthday at the Jersey Shore when he met some fans at a bar who started giving him drinks. He recalled blacking out, with the only thing he remembered from the night was when he got into an Uber.

The next morning, Isaiah received a several missed calls from Sydney before she sent him a video, in which he appeared to kiss another woman. “We’re done, you’re a liar,” Sydney told him, according to Isaiah. “Not really much else was to it. I was just trying to figure out what was going on in the first place,” Isaiah said of his and Sydney’s breakup. “All I’m trying to do is console her feelings and try to understand where she’s coming from, and I was crying. I was crying all day.”

Though Isaiah tried to win Sydney back, she only agreed to talk to him if it was face-to-face, which he couldn’t afford the flight for. At the time, Sydney lived in Los Angeles, while Isaiah resided in Florida. “If you guys are going to pick sides, please just pick hers,” he said on the podcast. “If she did to me what I did to her, I can’t say I’d do anything different.”

In another interview on the “Unattainable” podcast in 2024, Sydney confirmed that she “cut off” Isaiah after the cheating video but holds “no hate” toward him. “There was real love there,” she said. “I honestly consider that the first relationship I ever had where I experienced love, especially on an adult level. I didn’t know what else to do. I cut it off. I did what I thought was right in the moment. I hope he’s doing well. There’s no hate there.”

Three years after Season 4 of Love Island USA, both Isaiah and Sydney returned to the villa for Love Island Games Season 2. Isaiah was an original islander on Love Island Games Season 2, where he coupled up with Nicola Gauci Borda-Warr from Love Island Malta Season 1 on Day 1. Sydney arrived as a bombshell on Day 6. “I feel like I could cut the tension with… I don’t know how the saying goes,” Sydney said in a confessional interview.

When asked by the islanders if Sydney came to get Isaiah back, she responded, “I don’t know. I think chats need to be had.”

  • Can’t Keep A Cowboy Down: ‘Love Island: USA’ Taylor Williams Trampled At Rodeo But Will Be ‘Back In The Saddle’

    [ad_1]

“If you’re not being dangerous, then you’re not living life,” a phrase Taylor Williams once used to introduce himself on Love Island USA, has now taken on a terrifying new meaning. The reality star was hospitalized after being trampled by a horse at a rodeo, but thankfully, he is on the road to recovery.

    Source: Ben Symons / Peacock

According to Metro, the scary incident occurred at the Arizona Invitational Black Rodeo in Scottsdale, where the 25-year-old was participating. Footage from the event showed the reality star’s horse losing its balance after another horse ran by it. As the animal fell, Taylor was thrown from his saddle, and the horse, estimated to weigh between 1,100 to 1,300 pounds, then rolled over him as it regained its footing. After the horse got back to its feet, Williams remained on the ground, not moving, for a moment, leading rodeo officials to rush to his aid.

Thankfully, his injuries were not severe. The day after the accident, Taylor took to social media, sharing a photo of himself in a neck brace with a “thumbs up” to the camera. He wrote, “Preciate all the love! I’m all good!” In another post, he promised fans he’d be “back in the saddle as soon as possible.”

Though he is still recovering, he is seemingly feels well enough to come back outside. Us Weekly reports he will still attend a previously scheduled club appearance, “Was in a horse accident last night but I’m still pulling up tonight injured and all! It’s my brothers bday yk we still turnt!”

Taylor Williams Injured But Not Out

For those who followed Taylor’s journey on Love Island USA season 7, his passion for the rodeo and his “cowboy” persona was a central part of his identity. He’s also a well-known animal lover who previously studied veterinary science. His journey on the show led him to couple up with Clarke Carraway, and despite failing to make it to the final, the two have remained committed to each other since leaving the villa.

Their relationship was not without its initial challenges. Fans of the show were far from thrilled with their romance, especially after Taylor had previously been coupled up with Olandria Carthen at Casa Amor. This led to Taylor and Clarke being voted last in several categories in a challenge based on viewers’ votes.

Despite the negative feedback, Taylor and Clarke were committed to making their relationship work outside of the villa. “I wasn’t surprised. I kind of expected it,” Williams told Us Weekly. “I knew it was coming, so I just took it on the chin, was like, ‘S***, it is what it is.” He added, “We put it out of the way where we didn’t have to think about what everybody else thought. It’s just what we thought about each other and how we [were] gonna move forward. We didn’t see it and be like, ‘Oh, America hates us.”

Taylor & Clarke from Love Island
    Source: Jocelyn Prescod / Peacock

Their commitment has proven to be strong, as Clarke shared a post on Instagram where she’s escorting Taylor out of the hospital, proving their dedication to each other. Taylor also previously told Variety after their elimination from the show, “We started talking about the real world. I want her to come to Oklahoma, and I’ll go see her in Charlotte.” Their romance has clearly blossomed in the real world, with Clarke’s public support for Taylor during his health scare.

  • Are Kaylor & Torin Still Together From Love Island Beyond the Villa? She Sent a Telling Message About Where She Stands With Aaron

    [ad_1]

She’s moved on from Aaron and has a new man. But are Kaylor and Torin still together from Love Island Beyond the Villa? She gave a telling update to their current relationship status.

Kaylor Martin, a finalist on Love Island USA Season 6, and Torin Dunn, a talent management executive, announced their relationship in May 2025 with a TikTok video of Kaylor lip-syncing to Kesha’s 2010 song, “Growa Pear,” before bringing out Torin and kissing him on camera.

Related: All the Love Island USA couples who are still together from every season

The confirmation came less than a year after Kaylor’s highly publicized breakup with Aaron Evans, whom she met on Love Island USA Season 6 and remained coupled up with until their elimination before the finale. During the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion, Kaylor confirmed that she and Aaron had split due to his lack of honesty around what happened between him and bombshell Daniela Ortiz in Casa Amor.

Kaylor and Aaron made amends on the Love Island USA spinoff, Love Island Beyond the Villa, where Kaylor also confirmed her relationship with Torin following her split from Montana Boyz member Kaleb Winterburn, who was also friends with Torin. But where are Kaylor and Torin now? See whether they’re still together and where she stands with Aaron amid a fan campaign for them to get back together.

Yes, Kaylor and Torin are seemingly still together, at the time of writing. Torin confirmed that he and Kaylor were still together as of August 8, 2025, when he shared an Instagram post of them on vacation in Mykonos, Greece. The post included several shots from their trip, including multiple pictures of him and Kaylor kissing at sunset. “love traveling with you my love,” Kaylor commented on the post, along with two heart emojis.

Kaylor, for her part, also confirmed that she and Torin were still together in July 2025 when she shared an Instagram post of them on a boat together. “Get back to the east coast asap love ❤️,” Torin commented on the post.

Kaylor also shared a TikTok video of her and Torin sharing a kiss while eating sushi together in a TikTok video on August 7, 2025, in which she used the audio of Love Island USA Season 7 star Huda Mustafa referencing her “dream date.” “Same girl,” Kaylor captioned the video. Kaylor and Torin also still follow each other on Instagram, at the time of writing, which is a positive sign of their relationship.

In the comments of her and Torin’s TikTok video, Kaylor liked several comments criticizing fans who want her and her Love Island USA Season 6 ex, Aaron Evans, back together. “aaron dogged this woman on national tv and now that he grew his hair out and is being nice to her on tv again yall fold this easily? how about we let her be happy with a man that hasn’t disrespected her in that way?? yall are soooo easily manipulated,” read one comment Kaylor liked.

Another comment Kaylor liked read, “Kaylor pls don’t get back with Aaron and stay in your healthy relationship 🙏🏼 sincerely – every woman over 28 on here.”

  • Love Island USA‘s TJ May Have Accidentally Revealed He & Iris Are Back Together After Rumors Pepe Cheated on Her

    [ad_1]

It would be the rebound every Love Island USA fan wants to see. With the news of Iris and Pepe allegedly being over, one Love Island USA contestant has the opportunity to take one of his connections back. Fans are speculating that TJ is back together with Iris after he dropped this very convincing clue.

Fourth-place couple Iris Kendall and Jose “Pepe” Garcia-Gonzalez coupled up for the first time on Day 16 of the Peacock reality show after both of their strongest connections, Thomas “TJ” Palma and Hannah Fields, were dumped from the island. However right before the reunion, eagle-eyed fans noticed that the two weren’t following each other anymore.

Related: Who’s Still Together From Love Island USA Season 7? All the Couples Who Broke Up Before & After the Reunion

To add to that, rumors swirled of Pepe cheating on Iris. While Iris and Pepe haven’t confirmed the rumors head-on, Ishe seemingly addressed it with an Instagram Story of a sunset set to Fleetwood Mac’s notorious breakup song “Silver Springs.” “Time cast a spell on you, but you won’t forget me / I know I could’ve loved you, but you would not let me / I’ll follow you down ’til the sound of my voice will haunt you / You’ll never get away from the sound of the woman that loves you,” the lyrics read.

Are TJ and Iris together after the Love Island USA reunion?

Some fans are speculating that TJ and Iris are together after they spotted a clue on his Snapchat story. During his trip to Disney World, he took a photo of a girl’s hand holding up a pickle that was bit into. On X, people compared the girl’s nails to Iris’ new French nail set. “Iris said she always got a backup plan! never let that man see you sweat!” one person wrote.

However, some fans weren’t buying it. A fan observed, “i have to say guys, those don’t look like the same hands, just look at the nails. it’s not the same type of french. iris’ is more rounded, longer nail beds, shorter nail length.”

When the reunion aired, TJ also made a suspicious post on TikTok where he pulled off a flirty face. All his fans in the comments urged him to go back to Iris. “Go tell iris she knows where home is,” one commenter wrote. Another added, “i know he’s plotting on iris now but i just can’t prove it.”

After the finale, Iris revealed that she met up with TJ in mid-July to clear the air. “TJ and I had an amazing connection in the villa, and it was real, and it was very heartbreaking for me,” Iris told People about the moment he left the villa. “I was definitely sad about it, and I cried for days, and I felt very heartbroken and upset with my friends for not standing behind me. And it felt like my only experience that I had in here so far that it was ripped away from me.”

“I wanted him to know that, mics off, no cameras around, this was real, but also what I have with Pepe is real as well,” she recalled. “I just needed to get that closure with him and have that conversation, because I do care about him, and I think that he was definitely owed a conversation. And I haven’t watched any of the episodes, so I don’t know what he has seen, but I just needed to say — I’m all about honesty, and I think being upfront with people is the best way to go.”

As for the future of their relationship, we’ll see if they’re ready to take the next step and hard launch, if they are indeed supposedly together.

  • Love Island USA Winner Amaya Papaya Says Bye-ya to Bryan

    [ad_1]

Photo: Ben Symons/Peacock via Getty Images

It looks like the glass slipper broke on its way back from Fiji. Boo! Two days after the reunion aired, our Love Island USA winner, Amaya Espinal, confirmed that she and Bryan Arenales are no longer together. “After leaving the villa, it became very clear that we were on two different journeys,” she wrote on August 27. “Our visions didn’t align and relationships are suppose to be a team sport.” The confirmation comes just days after they unfollowed each other on Instagram. Later the same day, Amaya claims in a TikTok comment that Bryan broke up with her hours before he went to Miami “doing the exact things you told him hurts your feelings.”

Despite being a fan favorite to everyone watching, Amaya Papaya had a difficult journey trying to find love in the villa; several people, like her former match Ace Greene, said that her affectionate pet names were too much for them. Eventually, Bryan defended her during a challenge, and they officially became a couple, splitting the $50,000 grand prize. At the reunion on August 25, Bryan addressed rumors he was cheating on Amaya at a club by saying that nothing happened besides him having a little too much fun pouring shots. Miss Papaya did leave us with one perfect Amaya-ism to give us a clue as to what happened between her and Bryan: “You don’t have to drink the whole sea to know it’s salty.”

  • Why Did Amaya & Bryan Break Up From Love Island USA? The Truth Behind Multiple Cheating Rumors

    [ad_1]

Love Island USA Season 7 winners Amaya and Bryan are over. But why did they break up and what happened? Here’s what Amaya Papaya had to say…

Why did Amaya and Bryan break up from Love Island USA?

Amaya announced in an Instagram Story on August 27, 2025—two days after the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion aired—that she and Bryan had broken up. “Bryan and I are no longer together. After leaving the villa, it became very clear that we were on two different journeys. Our visions didn’t align and relationships are supposed to be a team sport. You don’t have to drink the whole sea ot know it’s salty,” she wrote. “All love here and I truly wish him the best.”

Amaya and Bryan’s split came after a TikTok video went viral of Bryan pouring drinks in other women’s mouths, which Bryan addressed at the Season 7 reunion. “They’re trying to just throw any hate my way. And with the cheating video, the hosting, I got paid to be there, I used to bartend back in the day, I had a lapse in judgment, we’ve talked about it,” he said

When asked about the “lapse of judgement” he was referring to, Bryan specified that he meant, “Pouring shots around, giving the crowd shots and stuff like that.” Amaya, for her part, also addressed the video. “We definitely spoke about it. I’m also not a woman who would be with someone who doesn’t respect me. So if i’m still with him, it’s because the relationship dynamic is healthy and great,” she said.

While the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion aired on August 25, 2025, it filmed two weeks prior on August 12, 2025. The morning before the reunion aired, fans noticed that Bryan and Amaya had unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Amaya and Bryan aren’t the only couple from Love Island USA Season 7 to face issues in their relationship. The day before the reunion, fans also noticed that Iris Kendall, had also unfollowed her partner, Pepe Garcia, on Instagram after rumors that he cheated on her. (Iris and Pepe came in fourth place in the Love Island USA Season 7 finale.)

Rumors that Pepe cheated on Iris first sparked when a woman named Melissa Pravata shared an alleged Instagram Story of Pepe playing basketball at The Cardinal at Saint John’s golf course in Plymouth, Michigan, with the caption: “Balllllin’ @pepe.garcia15.”

Fans also shared an alleged Snapchat post from Melissa where she claimed to have sex with Pepe. “Had sex with Pepe in the hotel lobby last night and have to work with him all weekend still gonna be sick.” Fans also shared another alleged photo of Pepe and Melissa FaceTiming a friend together.

While Iris and Pepe haven’t confirmed the cheating rumors, at the time of writing, fans noted that Iris and Pepe have unfollowed each other on Instagram. Iris’ sister, Ruby Kendall, has also unfollowed Pepe, as well as his ex from Love Island USA Season 7, Hannah Fields. (Pepe also unfollowed Hannah back.)

Iris also seemingly addressed the cheating rumors with an Instagram Story of a sunset set to Fleetwood Mac’s breakup song, “Silver Springs.” “Time cast a spell on you, but you won’t forget me / I know I could’ve loved you, but you would not let me / I’ll follow you down ’til the sound of my voice will haunt you / You’ll never get away from the sound of the woman that loves you,” the lyrics read.

  • Are Jeremiah & Belle-A Still Together From Love Island USA? Here’s Where She Stands With Huda

    [ad_1]

They may have found love outside of the villa, but are Jeremiah and Belle-A still together from Love Island USA Season 7? Read on for what we know about Season 7’s biggest romantic twist yet.

Jeremiah Brown, a 25-year-old from Seattle, Washington, and Isabelle-Anne “Belle-A” Walker, a 22-year-old from Gold Beach, Oregon, were two original islanders on Love Island USA Season 7. Jeremiah coupled up with Huda Mustafa on Day 1, while Belle-A coupled up with Nicolas “Nic” Vansteenberghe. Belle-A was eliminated on Day 6 after Nic decided to couple up with bombshell Cierra Ortega, while Jeremiah was sent home on Day 16 after a vote by America and the male islanders in the villa at the time.

In the trailer for the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion, Jeremiah and Belle-A seemed to hint they were dating when they were seated next to each other. “Jeremiah, you and Belle-A, is there something going on here?” host Ariana Madix asked.

Rumors sparked that Jeremiah and Belle-A were dating after Love Island USA Season 7 when Jeremiah’s sister asked him, “Are you with Bella?” on a TikTok live in early August 2025. Jeremiah denied the rumors at the time. “Oh my God. That’s my homie, bro. That’s my homie. This is my little sister. My own little sister. When I see you, when I catch you, rookie. No, that’s my friend. That’s my friend,” he responded.

Jeremiah and Belle-A also sparked rumors they were dating after Love Island USA Season 7 when fans noticed that they were staying in the same vacation house after the finale. Jeremiah and Belle-A also both attended TikTok star Tara Yummy’s birthday party at the time.

Fans also noted Jeremiah’s reaction when Belle-A joined another live stream of his. “Jeremiah starts cheesin once Belle-a joins the streams,” read the text on one a repost of one of Jeremiah’s livestreams. The video showed Jeremiah giggling as his friends called him out for “blushing.” “I’m not blushing, bro. Yo, stop. Stop!” Jeremiah said.

During an interview on the podcast “Boyfriend Material,” Jeremiah was also asked by host Harry Jowsey about if there were any “recouplings” that had happened with former Love Island USA Season 7 islanders in the real world after the show finished filming. “Nah, nah, nah, nah,” Jeremiah said as Jowsey called him out. “Why are you smiling? He’s drinking [water]. Guys, he’s lying. Who have you recoupled with,” Jowsey said.

While it’s unclear where Jeremiah and Belle-A’s relationship is now, they both follow each other Instagram and have filmed several TikToks with each other. Belle-A is also still good friends with Jeremiah’s Love Island USA Season 7 ex, Huda Mustafa, and even defended their relationship in an interview with People in June 2025.

“Huda and Jeremiah became kind of like my parents in the villa and they definitely helped guide me,” she said. “Huda was there to wipe my tears, and Jeremiah was there to be my wingman in so many different cases. And all of that seemed so genuine and authentic to me.”

Belle-A also confirmed that she and Huda were the closest friends from Love Island USA Season 7 in an interview on “Aftersun” after her elimination. “Through and through, Huda. That is my girl. She wiped more tears than anybody else. She was there to remind me of who I am when I was forgetting,” Belle-A said. As of writing, Belle-A and Huda still follow each other on Instagram. Huda, however, does not follow Jeremiah, and he also doesn’t follow her.

  • Are Love Island USA’s Huda & Perfect Match‘s Louis Still Together? She Lowkey Predicted Their Romance

    [ad_1]

It’s a relationship we didn’t see coming. Love Island USAs Huda and Perfect Match‘s Louis just seemingly soft-launched on Instagram, but are they really together?

Huda Mustafa, a 24-year-old from Raleigh, North Carolina, was an original islander who joined Love Island USA Season 7 on Day 1. Meanwhile, Louis recently starred in Netflix’s Perfect Match after starring in Too Hot to Handle. Huda recently called it quits with her Love Island USA partner during Chris Seeley during the Season 7 finale. During an interview with , Huda said she wishes her ex the best.

Related: Love Island USA Has a Shocking Track Record of Who’s Still Together—Take a Look at All the Couples From Every Season

As for where she stands with her Love Island USA partner, she told Entertainment Tonight, “I hope that he enjoys his life, but I am not besties with him,” she said. “It takes more than just being cordial. It takes a lot for someone to be truly close with me.” So it’s safe to say, she’s been on the market. However, Netflix’s Perfect Match Season 3 was still airing when they went out together, and Netflix usually makes their contestants withhold their love life status when the show goes live.

Are Love Island USA‘s Huda & Perfect Match‘s Louis dating?

Yes, it seems like Huda and Louis are officially dating. Everything started when Huda and Louis were holding hands on the Weapons red carpet in Hollywood on Aug. 1. Things intensified on Aug. 17 when Huda posted an Instagram story of her with snorkeling gear with Louis seemingly kissing her neck. Three days later, Louis posted a video of him promoting his new single “She Pretty” when fans noticed a familiar hand that was caressing Louis’ face. All signs led to that hand being Huda’s.

The lyrics for his song are also incredibly suspicious, considering he raps: “TikTok know she pretty / IG know she pretty / Going viral ’cause she pretty / They follow ’cause she pretty.” Huda also appeared in Louis’ livestream, where she freestyle rapped.

The two were also seen out clubbing the day before the Love Island USA reunion. In an interview clip, Huda drew out her dream man and lots of people saw the resemblance between the drawing and Louis’ face. “I just think that this is a pretty man. Trust the vision,” she said. Coincidence? We think not.

However, Louis’ partner on Perfect Match had some things to say about their soft launch. “They quite literally hit a red carpet and hard-launched their whatever relationship the day that our show premiered,” she said on an episode of the “What’s the Reality” podcast. “When you’re on dating shows, you have to keep your dating life on lockdown until the show is done because it ruins the show.”

Sandy recalled being “upset” about seeing the pictures when they went public.“I did not say a word to him about it. …  I was upset mostly for the show, not for me, personally. It was, like, a little bit of a relief in a way, but for the sake of the show, the other castmates, our story line and, most importantly, the audience, I thought it was a really, really big slap in the face and a disrespect to the whole production.”

“We have two weeks of airtime. You could have waited two weeks, especially with your relationship that has only been alive for two weeks,” Sandy said. “Any other real relationship, like all of ours, we’ve had to wait months and months and months to actually reveal what’s going on for this show [and] the timing of it.”

“For him to do that was just, like, very disrespectful and selfish,” Sandy said.

  • Love Island USA‘s Iris Just Seemingly Responded to Rumors Pepe Cheated on Her the Day Before the Reunion Aired

    [ad_1]

It’s been less than a month since the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion aired, but one couple may already be over after rumors that Pepe cheated on Iris the day before the Love Island USA Season 7 reunion aired.

Iris Kendall, a 25-year-old from Los Angeles, California, and Jose “Pepe” Garcia-Gonzalez, a 27-year-old from Santa Ana, California, both joined as bombshells on Day 9 of Love Island USA Season 7. They coupled up for the first time on Day 16 after both of their strongest connections, Thomas “TJ” Palma and Hannah Fields, were dumped from the island due to a public vote from America. They remained together until the Love Island USA Season 7 finale, where they came in fourth place.

Pepe and Iris seemed like one of the strongest couples to come out of Love Island USA Season 7… until the day before the reunion aired on August 25, 2025, when alleged news broke that Pepe had cheated on Iris with another woman. So who did Pepe allegedly cheat on Iris with, and what happened between the Love Island USA Season 7 couple? We break down the rumors ahead.

Did Pepe cheat on Iris from Love Island USA?

Are Iris and Pepe still together from Love Island USA?

Rumors that Pepe cheated on Iris first sparked when a woman named Melissa Pravata shared an alleged Instagram Story of Pepe playing basketball at The Cardinal at Saint John’s golf course in Plymouth, Michigan, with the caption: “Balllllin’ @pepe.garcia15.” F

Prior to the rumors, Iris and Pepe confirmed they were still together in an interview with Access Hollywood after the Love Island USA Season 7 finale, in which Iris also explained a TMZ video of her meeting her villa ex, TJ, Palma after leaving the villa. “TJ and I, we obviously left off at a very hard [time],” she said. “It was very hard for me to express to him how I felt with having microphones on and everything going on. I knew the whole time I was there that I needed to have that conversation with him as soon as I get out. So that’s what it was. It was just me having a conversation. Explaining everything that I felt. Everything that I feel. Just having that closure conversation with him. He’s such a great guy. He’s very kind. Very mature. I have nothing but love and respect for him and we’re friends. I’m glad I was able to breathe and have that conversation with him. It felt good.”

Pepe also confirmed that he was aware Iris and TJ planned to meet up after the villa. “Yeah, we spoke about it before and she spoke to me about how we definitely should have that conversation with our respective previous partners in the villa. She’s 100 percent correct,” he said. “I think everybody deserves that closure. We all went through this crazy experience. There’s no reason we shouldn’t be friends outside of this. She told me about it. She told she was holding a lot on her chest and she needed to let it out. She wanted to make sure TJ knew and she didn’t just move on from him like this. It took some time.”

Iris added, “And that it was genuine. Just my feelings. I think the best thing to do is to be honest and just not hold things back, even if it’s hard. Being in the villa, that’s something you have to do. Just being honest and upfront with people. That’s the best way to move in order ot keep the peace.”

  • A Timeline of Chelley, Huda, and Olandria’s ‘Sisterhood’

    [ad_1]

    The girls are fighting.
    Photo-Illustration: Vulture; Photos: Peacock

Huda Mustafa, Chelley Bissainthe, and Olandria Carthen were the OG girls of Love Island USA. They entered the Villa as strangers and left as friends. Right? Right?! Unfortunately, this is Love Island and not Friendship Island. Throughout their time on season seven of Peacock’s dating show, the women called each other sisters even when they weren’t seeing eye to eye. They got through Huda’s breakup with Jeremiah Brown, but Casa Amor changed everything when Huda and Chelley became interested in Chris Seeley — who could be playing ball overseas right now. Outside of the Villa, fans on either side were picking apart their friendship. Chelley fans claimed Huda was playing the victim throughout the show, while members of the Huda HQ called Chelley a mean girl, claiming she, Cierra, and Olandria were bullying Huda, causing her to act out. The stan fighting quickly turned ugly; a fan posted a racist meme of Huda as the police officer who murdered George Floyd, with Olandria’s face pasted on Floyd’s. How did a show about making out make fans so hateful?

At the reunion on August 25, the three women will have to address it all, watch the moments that had viewers starting fights online, and finally come to a consensus about what happened between Ace and Huda during the Heart Rate Challenge. Below, follow Huda, Chelley, and Olandria’s on their journey from sisters to frenemies to gossip-podcast guests.

June 3, Episode One: Huda makes a bold entrance during their first challenge on the show; despite being paired up with Chelley, she kissed Ace. However, her attraction was not unrequited. Ace kisses Huda back in a later challenge, in addition to Chelley. (Olandria kisses ol’ boy too, but it doesn’t go anywhere.)

June 4, Episode Two: Every man is open to recoupling with Cierra except Jeremiah. Huda is kind of living for the fact that her man stayed by her side. “Y’all deserve some real men,” she exclaims, pointing to Chelley and Olandria, who sit alone at the firepit. It’s clear neither woman is happy that their partner stood up. Girl, you don’t have to play that,” Olandria replies before telling her they’ll have a “nice little chat later.”

June 5, Episode 3: Huda tearfully tells Chelley she thought Olandria’s comment was “rude,” and Chelley gives her a hug. They’re probably still jet-lagged after all, miscommunications happen among strangers. From Olandria’s point of view, she meant she would chitchat with the women about the boys’ behavior, not reprimand her. Olandria clears this up with her, and the sisters reconcile.

June 6, Episode 4: Huda is visibly upset that new bombshell Amaya “Papaya” Espinal picks Jeremiah as her home run during a challenge, calling it the “dumbest shit she could’ve ever done.” Olandria reminds her it’s “just a game.” Again, it’s only the fourth episode. Huda panics to Chelley, and who comforts her as well, despite feeling a little annoyed as Jeremiah has made it clear he’s committed to Huda.

June 9, Episode 7: Huda tells the others she’s discussed moving in with Jeremiah. Olandria is clear to the camera that she’s willing to “feed into” Huda’s “delusions” about Jeremiah, even if she normally wouldn’t with her friends outside the Villa. Which is arguably the most “true friend” thing you could do for another Islander. “If this is what my girl wants, I’m not finna be the sour apple of the bunch going ‘No girl you need to snap out of it,’” she tells the confessional. “At this point and time, she just needs support, and I can be that support system even if I don’t really support your decision.”

June 15, Episode 12: Jeremiah picks Olandria to make out behind a door in a challenge. Huda can’t resist sneaking a peek, sees them kissing “for real, for real,” and pops off, beginning the end of her relationship with him.

June 23, Episode 19:  Bye Jeremiah! The girls head to Casa Amor where Chris, a basketball player overseas, and Chelley hit it off.

June 24, Episode 20: Olandria is dumped from Casa Amor. Huda cries like someone died.

June 26, Episode 21: Chris charms Chelley with some flowers. JD, Huda’s current match, calls Huda “too dominant” during a challenge, giving her the ick. She out-alphas him and breaks it off.

June 29, Episode 24: Back in the villa, Chelley is still trying to choose between Ace and Chris. However, the heart rate challenge quickly sobers her up, when Huda takes it “too far” dancing on him. Her twerking is called “so disrespectful.” As the professional (TikTok) dancer tries to get himself out of trouble, even his buddies Nic and Pepe refuse to back him up, both saying it “looked a little more than just a challenge.” Chelley herself found it hypocritical since Huda saw red when a new bombshell picked Jeremiah for a challenge.

June 30, Episode 25: It’s not going to be so easy for them to make up. Chelley tables their conversation for another day. Adding syrup to the fire, Chris makes both women pancakes the next morning, but Chelley gets an extra pancake and a flower. Is it because he feels bad about what happened the night before? Or he’s still trying to charm Chelley? Either way, Huda can only focus on the differences between their meals. At the end of the day, it is Huda getting a sweet treat after all when she and Chris kiss in the speakeasy.

July 1, Episode 26: Oh no, it gets worse! Huda and Chelley are still mad at each other and now it’s everyone’s problem, as evidenced by their “Standing on Business” callouts. They go back and forth, finally saying what they said to the other Islanders to each other’s faces. Then, Chelley accuses Huda of not being a girl’s girl, the biggest insult on the Island. Olandria backs it up by revealing to the firepit that Huda and Chris kissed.

July 3, Episode 27: Hurricane Huda is now a party of one. Olandria apologizes for making Huda feel isolated during the challenge. Finally, Huda and Chelley talk it over and all three ultimately exit the show as friends.

July 9: BuzzFeed posts a visual on Instagram showing what it would serve each Islander for breakfast if they were coupled up. For Chelley, BuzzFeed gave her a “knuckle sandwich.” BuzzFeed deletes the post and makes an attempt at an apology that gets deleted quickly. Team Chelley called the post “disturbing, disgusting, and unacceptable.” They continued, “It is the harsh reality that implicit biases can be rooted in anti-blackness, misogyny, prejudice, violence, etc.”

July 11: Chelley, the first to be dumped, stands by the fact that “Lines were definitely crossed” during the Heart Rate Challenge, in an interview with Vulture, but says she and Huda are cool. “That’s something we were able to talk about and resolve and understand each other on,” she says.

July 12: In a post-elimination video on Love Island socials, Huda tells Chelley she made her a better person.

July 16: Huda feels like she was “bullied” a lot in the villa, she tells  Entertainment Tonight.

July 16: Huda dives deeper into her love triangle with Chelley and Chris with Alex Cooper on Call Her Daddy. She explains again how she “brought back Chris” for both her and Chelley to explore their connection with him. So, why was there a miscommunication? “Beats me … Everybody kept talking about me, but no one was talking to me,” Huda explains. “No one gave a fuck about my opinion … I felt like I had no one.” She also addresses the rumor that she “sat on Ace’s face” during the Heart Rate Challenge: “My butt was on his stomach area and I was twerking. It was like two seconds too. No, I did not put my ass on Ace’s face!”

July 17: Huda addresses her friendship with Olandria and Chelley in an interview with Blavity and criticizes her fans who are bullying them online, clarifying to everyone that she’s not “hating” on either woman. “I think that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I think there are lines that are crossed,” she said, subtly addressing the racism that the two faced in wake of their feud. “And I don’t condone hate. I don’t condone bullying. I don’t condone any of that. I think people’s safeties are at risk.”

Huda goes on to defend herself against the Heart Rate Challenge allegations. “So I’m doing this in a challenge, and it’s a problem. People are like, ‘Oh, you were kissing him for a crazy amount of time,’” she says. “People were kissing my man for a crazy amount of time, and I’m cheering them on. I was doing things that I did in other challenges.”

July 17: Chelley asks her supporters to “continue to spread love and not hate” as she acknowledges the racism she’s received from viewers of the show. “To the people who used their platforms not just to recap a show but to speak truthfully about the deeper realities Black women face, your words meant everything,” she writes. “You reminded the world that we are layered, emotional, complex, worthy, and real. Thank you for holding the line of truth with me and for me in times where hate seemed stronger than usual.”

July 17: Olandria opens up about  how “difficult” it’s been dealing with racism and microaggressions since being on the show, escalating to hateful messages comparing her to police brutality victims. “I heard it was even a meme of me being George Floyd and Huda being an officer,” she tells Variety.“That’s a very touchy topic for the Black community. It’s disgusting, to say the least. I don’t understand how you take a love show and make such a comment like that. I was even getting death threats. My family was getting death threats. It shouldn’t be like that at all.”

July 17: Chelley and Olandria both reportedly unfollow Huda on Instagram. Huda unfollows back.

July 22: Chelley agrees with Keke Palmer’s assumption that Huda, in the moment, was performing for herself and not thinking about how Chelley might feel seeing her dance on Ace. “Chelley had every right to be upset; Huda agreed … She was very apologetic,” Olandria adds. Chelley clarifies that she is “cool” with Huda and reminds the audience that there are no real prizes for challenges. So they took care of those plastic dolls for nothing?

August 13: Andy Cohen teases Huda, Olandria, and Chelley’s segment on the reunion while having Olandria on as a guest on Watch What Happens Live. He finds it “interesting” to see her reunion with Huda and Chelley and even calls the extended version of the “Heart Rate” challenge “dramatic” — this is coming from the guy who’s been hosting Housewives reunions for decades.

August 13: BuzzFeed publishes an article titled “What It Means to Protect Black Communities at Work, Even When Your Own Company Messes Up Like We Did,” in which it issues another apology and includes reactions from other Black employees.

August 21: Just a few days before the reunion airs, Chelley and Olandria aren’t letting the mean-girl allegations from a certain castmate get to them. “To see our fellow Islanders playing into that narrative was hard,” Olandria tells Teen Vogue. “It’s like, you knew us, why would you get out and let America, let social media get to your head? A lot of them played into that mean-girl, bully narrative. I’m like, ‘Okay, this is not fair.’” The women weren’t naïve to how they are perceived as Black women on a reality show, especially when they would criticize Huda. “How dare you guys say something like that to us, but not to everyone who was having that mean-girl energy or mean-girl moments? It goes back to the whole, you have to act a certain type of way [as a Black woman] because the moment you act ‘out of character’ you’re done,” Chelley says. “We just spoke our truth and held people accountable for their actions.”

August 21: It’s not looking good for Huda. The reunion trailer shows just how hurt Olandria and Chelley have been by Huda’s bullying allegations. “It’s like I’m seeing two different people,” Chelley exclaims, while Olandria tearfully adds, “That shit hurt, bro.” It might be the end of their friendship, for real this time.

Love Island USA’s Nicole Accused Kendall of Telling Her a 2nd Lie Before Their Breakup

    [ad_1]

Another Love Island couple has called it quits, and their split is “nawsty.” A day after they confirmed they were still together on the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion, Kendall and Nicole have confirmed they’ve ended their relationship, and Nicole may have hinted the real reason for their split hours before their breakup announcement.

Related: Which Love Island USA couples are still together?

Kendall Washington, a 27-year-old from Dallas, Texas, and Nicole Jacky, a 26-year-old from Sacramento, California, met and fell in love on Love Island USA Season 6, where they came in fourth place. Kendall and Nicole, who coupled up on Day 8, were one of the most stable couples on Love Island USA Season 6 after never recoupling with anyone else once and even telling each other “I love you” in the finale.

Things were a different story once they left the villa. A day after the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion aired on August 19, 2024, Kendall and Nicole announced that they had split less than a month after the Season 6 finale and that Kendall was the one who initiated the breakup. “On August 18th, Kendall and I agree our relationship was worth working on, and we were making plans for me to visit him in Dallas soon. However, today, on August 20th, he called and ended things,” she wrote in an Instagram Story at the time, suggesting that Kendall’s call to end their relationship took her by surprise. “While I understand and respect his decision, it’s hard to process this one. I opened up to him in the villa, and still love and care for him now. I’m struggling mentally and all I ask for is privacy during this time.”

Kendall, for his part, also shared an Instagram Story confirming the breakup. “I have decided to end things with Nicole. It reached a point where it was not healthy for us to continue the relationship,” he wrote. “I still love and care for Nicole. I’ve never developed such strong feelings for a woman in my life. I have no regrets for the connection I made with her in the villa and it was real. She does not deserve any hate. Please stop with the negative comments/DM’s. We’re taking this time to focus on our mental health. Thank you guys.” But what went wrong?

Why did Kendall and Nicole break up from Love Island USA Season 6?

The day before Kendall and Nicole’s breakup announcement, Nicole revealed that she and Kendall were on the rocks during the Love Island USA Season 6 reunion due to a lie he told her about a nude video that leaked the day of the Season 6 finale.

During the reunion, Nicole claimed that Kendall originally told her that the video was sent years ago to an ex-girlfriend before she discovered from cast mate JaNa Craig that Kendall actually sent the video to someone on a dating app from his hotel room in Fiji before filming started on Love Island USA Season 6. “So I want to say something. Obviously, the video is not OK. Nobody deserves that. Everybody in this room can agree. That is fucked up. However, I think if you say you love somebody, in the moment, when you’re telling me about something, you have to be honest,” Nicole said during the reunion. “Instead of saying it’s from years ago to someone you trusted, an ex-girlfriend, and then I found out later from JaNa that it was in the hotel room before you go on the show to someone on a dating app is crazy.”

In an interview on “The Viall Files” podcast on August 20, 2024—the same day Kendall and Nicole announced their breakup—Nicole revealed that Kendall was the one who first told him about his nude video after they got their phones back and were alone for the first time in their hotel in Fiji following the Love Island USA Season 6 finale. She explained that Kendall sat her down and told her about his nude video leaking before showing her a screenshot of the recording, but not the full clip. “He shows me the ends of the video. It’s like a screenshot of it. So I don’t have the context of where he is. He said, ‘I sent this to somebody in my past. An ex I really trusted,’” Nicole said.

Nicole confirmed that she was understanding of Kendall’s situation at first and believed his story until the rest of the cast kept checking on her, which raised red flags in her mind about what was actually in the video. “Next day, we’re all filming and JaNa pulls me in the bathroom and is like, ‘Are you OK?’ I’m like, ‘Why does everybody ask that? I’m good. I really feel for Kendall. Whoever did this, it’s really fucked up,’” Nicole said. “[JaNa] said, ‘Have you seen the video?’ I’m like, ‘No. I saw a picture.’ She’s like, ‘OK, let me show you the video.’”

Nicole explained that she didn’t care about the contents of the video but was devastated when she realized, after finally watching the recording, that Kendall had lied to her and that clip was filmed in the hotel in Fiji all the islanders stayed at right before entering the villa—not years ago as Kendall had claimed. She also suggested that the hotel Kendall filmed his nude video in was the same hotel in Fiji the final couples stayed at after the finale before they returned to the United States.

“I don’t care about the video. I really don’t. What I first noticed, because I had just been in the room with him the past night, I see his hotel room in Fiji before he went on the show. I just fell to the floor and lost it because that’s not what he told me,” Nicole said. “We were out filming something in Fiji. I went to our executive producer and was like, ‘I want to leave. I don’t want to be here anymore. I told her what happened. Of course, I went back and got my shit out of his room. I got my own hotel room for the night. We were all leaving the next day. I was pissed at him.”

After the cast returned to the United States, Nicole explained that she and Kendall didn’t have time to talk because they went to Universal Studios in Los Angeles, California, soon after they arrived home. She also confirmed that she didn’t tell Kendall that she saw the video but he found out from JaNa. “I think JaNa told him. I think he knew I had seen it because he wanted to talk to me at Universal. I wanted to have a talk privately,” she said.

Nicole also revealed that Love Island USA producers asked to film her and Kendall’s talk about his nude video once they finally sat down a couple days after the cast’s Universal Studios trip. “I think a day or two later, we had a private talk in LA. The show also wanted to film that, and I said, ‘No,’” Nicole said. “I had to talk to him without cameras around because I was questioning a lot. He was like, ‘Yeah, I lied to you. I’m sorry. I couldn’t tell you the truth in that moment because my world was crumbling down around me and I thought if I told you the truth, you would leave me. You would judge me.’”

She continued, “I’m like, ‘Well, I wouldn’t have. Now I am.’ Now his excuse is that he was bored in his hotel room and sent it to some girl on Raya.’ Like I was bored in the hotel room playing fucking crossword puzzles. I just don’t get why you couldn’t be honest.”

Later in the podcast, Nicole admitted that she chose to believe Kendall’s story, though she had a feeling that it also wasn’t the truth. She told the podcast that, what she really believed, was that Kendall sent the nude video to someone he was talking to before filming Love Island USA and that person leaked his recording as a form of retaliation for going on the show while they were still involved.

What else did Kendall lie to Nicole about after Love Island USA Season 6?

Nicole also claimed that the truth about the nude video wasn’t the only thing Kendall lied to her about after leaving Love Island USA. After the Love Island USA Season 6 finale, Kendall and his cast mate, Kenny Rodriguez, hosted a party at the nightclub Vice Park in Dallas, Texas, where Kendall was accused of kicking out two Black women from his section. “He said, ‘Get them Black bitches out of the section now. They don’t pass the paper brown test, get them out of the section now.’ Kenny was cool. Kendall? Oh yeah, he sniffed that snow.” one of the women said in a social media video after the alleged incident.

To make amends, Kendall invited the women to a beach party after the club incident and posted a video of them having drinks on his Instagram Story. During “The Viall Files” podcast, Nicole, who was unaware of Kendall’s drama, accused Kendall of lying to her about whether there would be women he didn’t know at the club with him and not telling her about the drama with the women until after he posted them on his social media.

“I don’t know why he doesn’t think the truth will get back to me. There were all these girls in his booth. He told me that it was only close friends and family,” Nicole said. “And then he was like, ‘Yeah, no family was actually there and I just want to let you know what was told to me. These girls had it out for me. It’s not my fault. I had to invite them to the day party and post them on my social media because he wanted to squash the beef and clear it up that it was a misunderstanding.’”

Nicole also claimed that Kendall told her that posting the women on his social media to squash the drama was an idea that he, Kenny, and JaNa came up with, which Kenny and JaNa later denied. “He also told me it was me and Kenny. Kenny and me did this. JaNa also helped me plan this. I called her, and she was like, ‘No, I didn’t. I told him to apologize. I didn’t tell him how he should apologize,’” Nicole said.

Nicole also criticized Kendall for not giving her the head’s up about his drama with the women and why he had to post them on his social media until she saw the post. “He also didn’t clue me into anything. I sent him a screenshot of these girls on his story, and he was like, ‘Did you not hear about the drama?’”

Love Island USA is available to stream on Peacock.

  • The Show Of The Summer: The Love Island USA Effect

The Show Of The Summer: The Love Island USA Effect

    [ad_1]

    For 11 seasons,
Love Island UK has become one of the most popular reality television series to date. The show’s premise is simple: a bunch of single men and women across the UK gather on an island somewhere in Spain and couple up to find love.

However, there are a few twists: every few days bombshells enter the villa to try and disrupt the connection, islanders get sent home by public votes at random, and the final couple left standing has to choose between love and money…splitting $100,000 or dumping their couple and keeping the money all to themselves.

Love Island was such the rage that it became a worldwide franchise…and because so many were streaming the UK version across the US and around the world, they created Love Island in the United States, Australia, and more.

    Sadly,
Love Island USA isn’t as successful as it was when it first launched. Originally set on a rooftop in Las Vegas, many viewers were put off because a rooftop is the furthest thing from a legitimate island. Besides, it lacked conflict and drama, there were no delish worldly accents, Love Island USA was overall lackluster.

Despite a prime spot on Netflix and celebrity host Sarah Hyland, the series was clearly struggling. Then, the show got a facelift.

Love Island USA moved to Peacock, rented a villa in Fiji, poached Ariana Madix from Vanderpump Rules, and dialed up the drama dial to 100. This season was cast perfectly, with a never-ending amount of snarkyness and toxicity, memes galore, and, most importantly: fresh pop culture members to fixate on.

Love Island USA is the most streamed original series in the United States this summer, with over 919.1 million minutes streamed as of the week of July 11. And for good reason.

Who are the Love Island USA Cast Members?

    @blunthousewife I’m starting to believe the theories he’s in it for The Plot #loveislansusa #loveislandusa2024 #loveislandcasaamor #robloveisland #robrausch #robsoveralls ♬ original sound – blunthousewife

This year, viewers were making the bold acclamation that
Love Island USA has got Love Island UK beat this year hands down. Although I was bored of the UK’s lack of any real drama, I finally made the switch after the millionth person asked me if I’ve been watching the US version.

I’d already heard who Rob Rausch was: the latest heartthrob who’s taking the world by storm…while inside the villa he had no idea that he was TikTok’s newest hyperfixation. But Rob wasn’t going viral on his good looks alone…his red flags were even more of a hot topic.

Viewers are obsessed with Rob’s relationship with OG islander Leah Kateb, who hails from Calabasas and looks vaguely like Kylie Jenner. Leah and Rob broke up because Rob wasn’t sexually attracted to her, and thus spawned a season of toxic fights.

Leah Kateb quickly became a fan favorite – partnering up with Miguel Harichi and giving us TikTok sounds to use all summer long. Then, there’s Serena Page,
who won the show alongside Kordell Beckham (yes, brother of NFL legend, Odell Beckham Jr).

Page and Kateb quickly joined up – as friends – with JaNa Craig, who eventually coupled up with Kenny Rodriguez. Then, there’s the tumultuous pairing of Aaron Evans and Kaylor Martin – whose continuous fights kept us entertained until the very end. Runners-up of the show included Nicole Jacky and Kendall Washington.

There were many others along the way, but these are the finalists.

I can get bullied into watching a show quite easily, but I was resistant to taking on another
Love Island franchise. With upwards of 50 episodes in a season, it’s a commitment. You truly spend the summer with the islanders.

But I didn’t wanna be left out. Literally everyone I know was watching it and it’s all over my TikTok. I knew who the islanders really were and what the major drama was before starting in…but that didn’t mean it wasn’t a delicious watch.

It filled all the needs that old reality TV used to: it’s raunchy, vicious, tearful, and nonstop entertainment. There wasn’t a moment when the islanders had a chance to breathe. Every single episode something went wrong, and the world watched.

It became as common as hello to ask if someone has watched
Love Island US this week. If they’re Team Rob and Leah or Team Miguel and Leah.

    @thegr9sarah it WAS giving white woman scared 🥴🥴🥴🥴 #loveisland #loveislandusa #loveisland2024 #realitytv #realitytv #teamleah ♬ original sound – sarah 🙂 🇵🇸

And the ratings matched the hype. Thanks to the islanders who were willing to bare it all, the show was doing blockbuster numbers unseen before. And you feel the need to binge the show, you simply
had to discuss the episodes in real time or else it would be totally spoiled for you on social media.

Leah Kateb was the first islander to reach 1 million followers on Instagram, quickly followed by winner Serena Page. Brands have been flooding the comment section of the girls’ Instagrams to start working with them. Oh and, Rob Rausch was just in Nessa Barrett’s new music video as the love interest.

They’ve appeared on hit podcasts like
The Cancelled Podcast and Call Her Daddy, and they’re quickly solidifying their role as America’s sweethearts. People are even demanding that the network give this season’s islanders their own shows.

What’s refreshing about many of these budding starlets is that they’re willing to reveal their lives in full detail. They’re honest about who they are and what’s going on, so we trust them. Now, we can’t wait to see just what they’ll do next.
