  • Randall Emmett’s Ex-Wife Ambyr Childers Confirms She Watched His & Lala’s Sex Tape, Admits Feeling “Half Dead” & Taking Pills Amid Dysfunctional Marriage

Ambyr Childers recalled watching Randall Emmett‘s sex tape with Lala Kent during Friday’s episode of their joint podcast.

Years after learning that her then-husband, and the father of her two children, was having an affair with Lala, 35, of Vanderpump Rules and The Valley, Ambyr, 37, admitted she was thankful to have seen it because it forced her out of her dysfunctional relationship with Randall, 54, and her denial, as she suggested their mutual ex was a serial cheater.

“I’ve seen all of you, the front, the back, inside and outside,” Ambyr began to Lala on the January 9 episode of Untraditionally Lala‘s An Unlikely Affair, via a transcript shared by Vanderpod Recaps on Instagram. “I don’t want to get into the details because the details aren’t important … [But that moment] really shaped me in my life … I knew you guys were together. I knew the affair was happening.”

Although Ambyr, who shares daughters London and Rylee with Randall, wasn’t sure who was calling Randall in the middle of the night, it all came together once she looked at the tape.

“My whole life kind of just stopped. And it wasn’t about what I was seeing in front of me. It was more of like, I had completely realized that I had abandoned myself,” she admitted.

Despite the betrayal, Ambyr said she found herself staying with Randall due to her lack of boundaries.

“When your safety and your well-being and who you are as a person is threatened, you forget those boundaries. You put aside the boundaries because, for me, that dysfunction was going on for so many years that it felt safe,” she explained. “Leaving never felt safe.”

Even though Ambyr had heard plenty about Randall’s infidelity, the sex tape woke her up in a different way.

“I was like, if you don’t leave, you’re going to die. Because I really did. I wanted to die. I felt so trapped in that relationship,” she shared. “I stayed because of my kids. I didn’t want my girls to grow up with a broken home. I didn’t know what that experience was like, and I didn’t want that. And in that moment, I realized, I was like, okay, I got to get out. This is it.”

“I [had] to save myself for my kids and myself,” she continued. “I was half dead. I was taking pills to numb my feelings, to just suppress all that sh*t that I was feeling inside because I didn’t know what to do with it.”

In addition to coming across Randall and Lala’s sex tape, Ambyr also received a call from Lala, which she is now grateful for.

“I think God was doing for me that which I couldn’t do for myself … [Because] I wouldn’t have [ever] left,” she admitted. “It was denial … it’s debilitating.”

During another segment of the show, via Breaking the Rules Pod Clips on Instagram, Lala looked back on the moment she knew she and Randall had been caught.

“When it came up on Vanderpump, Katie Maloney had been at a barbecue, and there was a guy there who was an actor, and his wife had said to Katie, ‘Oh, you’re on that show with that Lala girl. You know she is with [blank],’ and that’s when Katie was like, ‘Oh, I have confirmation,” she shared, confessing to trying to have her IMDb page wiped.

But by that point, Ambyr “had known for a while,” but didn’t speak up since Randall had cheated before.

“Every time, you get a little bit smarter … [And] from my experience and from what I’ve read and learned through my own healing, is that you get really good with following addicts and their patterns. And it became like a calendar. It was like clockwork for me,” she noted.

“It [was] unhealthy. I was in such a spiral cause I was so desperate to save my marriage,” she added.

After Ambyr and Randall’s divorce, he and Lala became engaged and welcomed daughter Ocean, now 4, before splitting in late 2021 due to his apparent cheating.

  • Lala Kent Claps Back at Jeff Lewis for Reportedly Shading a Sober Person for Attending BravoCon

    [ad_1]

Lala Kent is clapping back at Jeff Lewis, who reportedly shaded a fan for attending BravoCon while in recovery.

After it was alleged that the former Flipping Out star, 55, had told the audience member that they shouldn’t be in Las Vegas for the fan convention during a moment that was ultimately cut from an “Ask Andy” panel, the 35-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum and cast member of The Valley spoke out in support of the fan.

“Someone sent this to me. I heard it was followed by Jeff saying, ‘If you’re in recovery you shouldn’t be at BravoCon,’” Lala began. “I am in recovery, [and] have only attended BravoCon as a person in recovery.”

As Pump Rules fans well know, Lala got sober in 2018 and celebrated her seven-year anniversary earlier this month.

“To this man,” she continued, “Thank you for sharing your story. You are seen. You are heard. I am so happy you decided to come. I am sending you love, and know we are in this together. It is one day at a time.”

“You also made me feel less alone. So thank you … We got this,” she added.

Although Jeff’s new show, Still Flipping Out, was announced at BravoCon, rumors have been swirling that the series could be in jeopardy due to his behavior at the event.

Amid the backlash, Jeff told Us Weekly that Andy Cohen, 57, was “upset” with him.

“I think that maybe a couple of my jokes were inappropriate and insensitive,” he explained. “I have apologized … I know this guy. We’ve known each other for 18 years. He vents and look, and I sincerely did apologize. Now I gotta give him time to cool off. My experience with him, he’ll get back to me in one to three weeks.”

  • Scheana Shay Snubs Lala Kent’s Birthday as Fans Suspect a Feud Amid The Valley Filming, Plus Tom Schwartz Mocks Dating Rumors With Lala

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Nicole Weingart/Bravo

Did Scheana Shay snub Lala Kent on her birthday because Lala failed to promote her new book, My Good Side, in a way she approved of?

As Tom Schwartz, 42, honored Lala on her 35th birthday, September 2, with a post on his Instagram Story, the 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules cast member was radio silent about Lala, whom she called out on her podcast days prior for sharing just one post about the memoir in which she was tagged.

“Scheana didn’t post for Lala’s birthday,” The Bravo Investigator revealed on September 3. “Do you think it’s retaliation for Lala not posting more than a picture of Scheana’s book with just [Scheana]?”

After the post was shared, some suspected that there was no real drama between the ladies, but rather an effort to create buzz and potentially land themselves in full-time roles on the upcoming third season of The Valley.

“Beef for The Valley hahahaha they [are] desperate,” one person wrote.

“I think it has more to do with the Valley picking up filming soon and who got a spot and who didn’t, or trying to create drama so they get screen time … We know these two live to self-produce,” another alleged.

A third fan said Scheana and Lala were “not good” as they suspected Lala would align with Janet Caperna, 35, for The Valley season three

In other Lala Kent news, Tom did honor her on her special day with a post poking fun at the ongoing romance rumors regarding the two of them.

“HAPPY BDAY … to my imaginary internet [girlfriend,” Tom wrote, as seen in a screenshot shared by Bravo’s The Daily Dish.

[Image: The Daily Dish via Lala Kent/Instagram]

Months ago, after fans suspected there was chemistry between them, Lala addressed the matter on her podcast, Give Them Lala, with Tom as her guest.

“People always said that… We talked about it. I feel like I would be way too high-strung and intense for you,” she told her castmate.

“Remember, these were your words: You would chew me up,” he replied. “No, I think you said, ‘I eat pieces of sh*t like you for breakfast.’”

Days later, on Tom’s podcast, Detox Retox, he and Lala spoke more about the rumors.

“If it’s on the internet, it’s true, right?” he laughed. “I woke up today, the first thing I saw from my good dear friend, Jesus, who you’ve met, [is] a text, he’s like … what’s up with you and Lala? And then he sent me a screenshot of this [rumor]. And then I got another text from somebody else, another article, rumors abound today that we’re dating.”

“I won’t even lie, Schwartz,” Lala admitted. “Since the podcast that you did, my podcast, I’ve had some dreams. And I wake up [like], what the f*ck?”

The Valley season three is currently in production.

  • Scheana Shay Reacts to Lala Kent Not Posting PR About Her Book After Sending Her a PR Box, Hints at Where They Stand Today Plus Their Recent Convo

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Faye’s Vision/Cover Images

Scheana Shay hinted at where she stands with Lala Kent after she allegedly failed to post Scheana’s new memoir, My Good Side. The Vanderpump Rules star also revealed their conversation after the book’s release.

In the book, Scheana said she hid her husband Brock Daviespast affair from friends and family. But right before the book’s release, Scheana gave Lala a heads up. The co-stars have remained close since their firing from the show, though it seems there may be a crack in the friendship.

Reports have also surfaced that Lala and Scheana are taking on greater roles in the new season of The Valley after Jax Taylor’s exit.

On her Scheananigans podcast, Scheana hinted at her status with Lala after the new memoir.

“I don’t know that I lost any friendships, but it definitely put some relationships into better perspective, I will say that,” shared Scheana, via @breakingtherulespodclips on Instagram.

A fan then asked, “Are you and Lala still friends? Why didn’t she post anything about your book?”

Scheana answered, “So I think it was like maybe a week after it came out, I saw she posted a slide and just said, ‘@scheana.’ There was nothing else that she posted. I had reached out to her a couple days after all of the [PR] boxes were delivered because … you do expect your closest friends to post and support, and I sent everyone a really nice PR box. I’m sure you guys saw some others who posted it.”

“And I reached out and I was like, ‘Hey, did your box come? Because you know, I hadn’t seen it posted yet and I just wanted to make sure I didn’t need to reach out to the publisher to be like, hey, Lala didn’t get her box,’” she continued. “And [Lala] said that her brother and her mom deal with the packages and that she would have them check. But then a week went by and the box didn’t get posted. So I’m assuming she got it because she posted the book @scheana.”

But Scheana claimed she and Lala, as well as their daughters, are “still friends.”

  • Stassi Schroeder Says Offer to Return to Vanderpump Rules Was Rescinded, Plus Shares Where She Stands With Lala, Katie & Scheana

Stassi Schroeder Says Offer to Return to Vanderpump Rules Was Rescinded, Plus Shares Where She Stands With Lala, Katie & Scheana

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Instagram

Stassi Schroeder shared details about a meeting she had with a Vanderpump Rules producer in regard to a potential post-firing return while appearing on a podcast on Tuesday.

Before “Scandoval” broke amid season 10, exposing Tom Sandoval‘s months-long affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 30, Stassi, 36, considered returning to the series. And during the podcast episode, she explained why she opted against doing so. She also offered an update on her relationships with Lala Kent, 34, Katie Maloney, 37, and Scheana Shay, 39.

“It was right after I’d announced my second book, Off With My Head … I was asked by a producer to come back, and I had to really think about it,” Stassi revealed on the October 1 episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. “We kind of argued about it.”

Ultimately, however, Stassi decided that because she’d seen success outside of Bravo, it wasn’t in her best interest to return.

“I walked into this meeting being like, ‘You know what? No.’ Because I’d seen the reaction I got from my second book. And I had seen that, like, you know what? My career, I think I can keep going and do it on my terms,” she explained.

But when she arrived at the meeting, she learned that her potential return to Pump Rules may not have been a possibility at all.

“[The producer] was like, ‘Oh, by the way, I take it back. I didn’t get approval yet.’ It was a really messed up situation … It was like a mindf*ck,” she recalled, saying that if she had decided to return, it “would’ve killed [her]” to be shot down.

Although Stassi did not want to return to Pump Rules at that time, that’s not to say she didn’t consider returning to reality television in another way.

“It’s something that’s been part of my life since I was, like, 16. It’s always been something that I did, so of course it was always something that was on my mind. But I wasn’t going to do it unless it felt fully right,” she explained.

Four years after her firing from Pump Rules, which was prompted by racially insensitive behavior toward Faith Stowers, Stassi has married Beau Clark, 44, welcomed two kids, Hartford, 3, and Messer, 1, and announced her official return to the small screen.

As fans may have heard, Stassi will soon make her debut in a new Hulu docu-series, Stassi Says, and she will also be featured on the second season of Lisa Vanderpump‘s Vanderpump Villa.

“I’ve had to work on things. I didn’t just get offered things. I had to work on them myself,” she noted.

As for where she stands with her former castmates, Stassi confirmed she’s “still close” with Lala and Katie.

    As for Scheana?

“I run into Scheana. Scheana and I have never been besties, but I run into her,” she revealed. “There’s always a kid’s birthday party. So much time has passed. I’ve been out of their filming world for so long and you have to try — when they’re not in their filming world, everyone’s a lot more relaxed and normal. So I don’t have that constant fighting or whatever. I’m just bringing my kid to a kid’s birthday, and we’re just talking about normal sh*t.”

  • Lala Kent Discusses Terrifying Moment Newborn Baby “Turned Purple” After Birth, and Shares How Sosa is Doing Now

Lala Kent Discusses Terrifying Moment Newborn Baby “Turned Purple” After Birth, and Shares How Sosa is Doing Now

    [ad_1]

Lala Kent revealed the terrifying moment when her newborn Sosa “turned purple” amid the delivery as nurses “freaked out” and called for backup.

The Vanderpump Rules star gave birth on September 3. Lala shared that she used a sperm donor. She also has a three-year-old daughter Ocean, whose father is Lala’s ex Randall Emmett.

On her Give Them Lala podcast, the star opened up about the fast labor and delivery.

“During my second-to-last push, [my obstetrician] kind of stands up really fast, and he’s fixated on the monitor,” said Lala, via Page Six. “And he’s making eyes with the nurse who’s reading things to him that I clearly don’t understand cause I’m not a doctor. And he looks nervous.”

Lala then asked if things were okay, and her doctor responded, “Yep, I just want you to keep pushing.”

She later found out “the [umbilical] cord was wrapped around [Sosa’s] neck a couple of times,” though the doctor “didn’t let [her] know that” and “stayed calm.”

“She comes out, they put her on my chest and I go to hug her — you know, embrace my baby — but the way that the nurse is acting with the baby … and she’s not crying. She does one cry and then it stops,” said Lala. “And my hands are freezing, so I’m like, ‘I’m not touching her because I don’t want to send her into shock.’”

She recalled that the nurses started “rubbing her chest” and also “sucking things out of her mouth.”

“For mama, it was great that she came out so quickly cause I didn’t have to push very many times, but with a fast birth like that, she swallowed a lot of amnionic fluid,” said Lala.

“[She] had so much fluid that she was vomiting all the food she had,” she explained, noting how the nurse “freaked out” and called for backup after noticing that the baby “turned purple.”

“They then bring in a specialist, and they’re like, ‘We want a surgeon to look at her cause this isn’t normal, and we got 10 milliliters of amnionic fluid out of her stomach the first time, then we got another eight, then we got another however many milliliters,” she said. “And they go, ‘And now we’re draining it through the nose, and it won’t stop.’ And they said, ‘We’re either going to have pediatric surgery deal with it, or we want to keep her in the NICU.’”

At the time, Lala was “beside [her]self,” asking, “What the f–k?”

Though the pregnancy itself was “perfect,” Lala “started feeling guilty” as she wondered what she did during her first pregnancy that she didn’t do with Sosa’s.

“I started crying, and they were like, ‘You did nothing wrong during pregnancy; we’re just a little confused,’” said Lala, who explained that her daughter is now “fine.”

Lala Kent is now a mom of two!

Just moments ago, the Vanderpump Rules. star confirmed she has welcomed her second child.

“Welcome into the world, my love,” Lala wrote in an Instagram Story on September 4 before confirming that her daughter was born a day earlier, on September 3.

The 33-yr-old Bravo star had previously announced her pregnancy back in March, as she wrote on Instagram, “I’m expanding my pod,” along with an adorable photo of herself and 3-yr-old daughter Ocean who she shares with ex-fiance Randall Emmett.

Lala later revealed that her baby was due on September 1 which is the day before her own birthday.

The podcast host, who has been open about her decision to use a sperm donor for her second baby, recently discussed a health scare she suffered on a recent Give Them Lala podcast episode as she got quite emotional

“My arms and legs went numb, and I could not breathe, and [it] took everything in me to not pass out and just make it to my bed,” said Lala on her podcast. “I was trying to yell for my mom, but again, I was really struggling, and I was very, very concerned.”

Even worse, the health scare took place at her home while she was hosting a baby shower. “I don’t don’t know what happened. I’ve heard that she could be sitting weird, but I felt this overwhelming amount of guilt because I’ve been complaining a lot about my [body] aching and just wanting it to be done,” she shared holding back tears.

Luckily, her mother was at the baby shower, and she was able to call the doctor who told her to start staying off her feet and to start taking it easy.

For the time being, Lala has yet to reveal the name of her baby.

  • Rachel Leviss Shares Theory Behind Lala Announcing Katie Friendship Break, Says She Heard Bravo is Planning Vanderpump Rules Reboot With a “Whole New Cast”

Rachel Leviss Shares Theory Behind Lala Announcing Katie Friendship Break, Says She Heard Bravo is Planning Vanderpump Rules Reboot With a “Whole New Cast”

    [ad_1]

    Credit: Charles Sykes/Bravo

Raquel Leviss suggested Bravo is preparing for upcoming Vanderpump Rules spinoffs and claimed they have the “budget” for it. She also shared her theory behind Lala Kent’s recent announcement about her friendship break with Katie Maloney as well as a rumor she heard about a full reboot.

After a bizarre season in which half the cast barely interacted with the other, Pump Rules reportedly went on hiatus — with some sources claiming it may not return. One rumor suggested that the entire cast will eventually be replaced by actual servers from Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants. The show’s recent spinoff, The Valley, had a successful first season and is now filming its second.

On her Rachel Goes Rogue podcast, Raquel addressed Lala’s recent declaration about her friendship with Katie.

“There’s no reason for Lala to be friends with Katie at this point if they’re not filming a show together,” said Raquel. “I don’t know why she needs to announce it. That’s, like, in classic Lala fashion.”

According to Raquel, she believes the reason Lala was okay with announcing the end of her friendship with Katie is because Lala has been offered a permanent spinoff opportunity, likely on The Valley.

“I think she’s framing for announcements yet to come,” Raquel explained. “And you know that NBC and Bravo have the budget for that. They’re like, ‘Yeah, let’s do all the spinoffs.’”

Raquel also suspects that while Lala and Scheana Shay will move on to The Valley, Bravo will likely offer Ariana Madix and Katie their own spinoff based on their sandwich shop Something About Her.

As Reality Blurb recently reported, Lala and Scheana have both been spotted filming for the upcoming season of The Valley.

Raquel also theorized that if Bravo launches a spinoff for Something About Her, Vanderpump Rules won’t return with the same cast, adding that she heard “through the grapevine” that the network was planning a full cast reboot for the series.

“If that’s the case, Vanderpump Rules is definitely not coming back unless they’re recasting with a whole new cast, which is, you know, what I heard through the grapevine,” said Raquel.

On a past episode of her Scheananigans with Scheana Shay podcast, Scheana addressed Jax Taylor’s claim that she and Lala should not join The Valley.

“For the second time on his podcast, he has said that he does not want me or Lala to join The Valley because it would be disrespectful to the current cast, and, like, no one wants us,” she said at the time. “And I’m, like, actually, Jax, I just think you don’t want us. If we did a poll, these are all of our friends. You’re afraid of me and Lala being on the show because we’re gonna call you out for the s**t we actually know.”

She went on to say, “When the whole concept of The Valley was coming to fruition, Jax and Brittany were the ones that were, like, we want you and Brock in it.”

The Valley is currently filming. Both Lala and Scheana have been spotted filming for it in some capacity.

Lala Kent was one of the most polarizing cast members on season 11 of Vanderpump Rules. However, everyone is rooting for her and wants her to deliver a healthy baby. Sadly, the reality star recently opened up about a health scare she experienced while pregnant with her second child.

Lala has revealed that her baby is due on September 1 of this year, which is the day before her own birthday. She first announced the good news on social media in March of this year.

The Bravo star, who has been open about her decision to use a sperm donor for her second baby, discussed the health scare on a recent Give Them Lala podcast episode as she got quite emotional

“My arms and legs went numb, and I could not breathe, and [it] took everything in me to not pass out and just make it to my bed,” said Lala on her podcast, via US Weekly. “I was trying to yell for my mom, but again, I was really struggling, and I was very, very concerned.”

Lala, 33, says the health scare happened at her home while she was hosting a baby shower. She says she was taking “this little kid up the stairs to show him the playroom” when she felt unwell.

She goes on while holding back tears, “I don’t don’t know what happened. I’ve heard that she could be sitting weird, but I felt this overwhelming amount of guilt because I’ve been complaining a lot about my [body] aching and just wanting it to be done.”

Luckily, her mother was at the baby shower, and she was able to call the doctor.

Lala says, “I positioned myself in a different way, and all of a sudden, I could breathe. [The baby] was definitely active. I said [to the doctor], ”She hasn’t hasn’t stopped moving. And he was like, ”Oh, OK, I’m less concerned now.”

She continues, “He was like, ‘I really need you to start staying off your feet. Don’t overdo it during the day.’ Which I have been. I think I’ve been overdoing it since [the] second trimester.”

As of right now, Lala says that she feels “ok,” but “not great on my feet right now.” She also shared that she hadn’t been acting like a pregnant woman with all the standing she had been doing.

However, she is now following the doctor’s orders.

  • Andy Cohen Discusses If There Will Be a RHONJ Reboot & “Distrust” With the Cast Amid Leaks, Plus Seeing Both Sides of Ariana Madix vs Lala Kent Drama

Andy Cohen Discusses If There Will Be a RHONJ Reboot & “Distrust” With the Cast Amid Leaks, Plus Seeing Both Sides of Ariana Madix vs Lala Kent Drama

    [ad_1]

Andy Cohen is speaking out about the potential recasting of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

While also addressing the drama between Vanderpump Rules stars Ariana Madix, 38, and Lala Kent, 33, the Watch What Happens Live host, 56, hinted at “extensive casting,” reacted to the many RHONJ leaks, and admitted to seeing both sides of the Pump Rules feud.

“There was a lot of play with [the idea of a reboot] and I think the answer is — I was talking to a cast member about this today — we are gonna cross next season as that comes,” Andy revealed on the June 3 episode of SiriusXM Radio’s Reality Checked with Kiki Monique. “Right now, we’re just kind of focusing on, ‘Okay, well if we’re not doing a conventional reunion, what are we doing and what is something different that we could do?’”

Andy then signaled to the “extensive casting” of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, which saw the exits of Kandi Burruss, 48, Sheree Whitfield, 54, Sanya Richards-Ross, 39, and Marlo Hampton, 48, after season 15, saying that he’s “so happy with what’s going on” with RHOA right now.

“Some things take time,” he explained. “We want to take a minute to figure things out. You know, there’s no point in rushing into something just to rush into something.”

As for the RHONJ leaks and drama surrounding certain fan accounts that have allegedly worked with certain cast members — allegedly Teresa Giudice, 52, and Jennifer Aydin, 47 — Andy said he “hates leaks”

“That’s what was so fun about that Reality Von Tease thing. It was like no one knew about it and it was just so fun as a viewer, so I hope that we can get into a vibe of not leaking,” he stated. “I just think that there’s a supreme level of kind of distrust amongst the cast with each other and that’s never healthy in terms of trying to make a great television show.”

“I think that the cast on Jersey is so fed up with each other. There are teams of people against each other,” he continued, giving a nod to Teresa’s feud with Melissa Gorga, 45.

“So that’s our thing to solve for next season of Jersey and we can do it and we will figure it out,” he stated.

As for the backlash Lala received after questioning Ariana’s handling of her drama with Tom Sandoval, 41, particularly her refusal to film with him during the finale, Andy admitted he could see where she was coming from in wanting more from Ariana.

“When they broke the fourth wall, as a reality producer, I really respect what she was saying about ‘We are all on this show and this is doing our jobs,’” Andy told Us Weekly on May 30. “I think it’s one of those great arguments where I could see both sides.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 14 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.

Scheana Shay Shares What Ariana Madix Told Her After Reunion, & Addresses Drama With Lala, Plus She Suggests Producer Swayed Her Actions and Questions if LVP Guilt Tripped Her Into Friendship With Tom

Scheana Shay addressed feeling “differently” about Ariana Madix walking away from the Vanderpump Rules season finale and her reunion drama with Lala Kent. She also discussed her past convo with Lisa Vanderpump about Tom Sandoval’s mental health, and she suggests a producer swayed her actions after telling her the season wasn’t going well midway through filming.

During the finale, Ariana refused to speak to her ex Tom despite producers and castmates wanting to make a good episode. The move angered Lala, who ranted about Ariana’s decisions throughout the season. Scheana backed her up in the moment, though at the reunion Lala insinuated that Scheana wasn’t sharing her full thoughts.

Earlier in the season, Lisa approached Lala and Scheana about checking in on Tom, who had told her he was having suicidal thoughts. Due to Lisa’s attempt to help them understand, Lala and Scheana felt bad that their former friend was facing this alone.

On her Scheananigans podcast, Scheana shared that she feels “differently” about Ariana choosing to walk away at the finale.

While she understands why Lala “lost her s**t,” Scheana shared that Ariana’s decision was “real” for her, and she “respect[s]” that Ariana stood her ground.

“I feel like with Ariana walking away, after we filmed the reunion and all of that, I do feel a little differently. And this is where I get in trouble in this friend group because I live in the gray, and I always see both sides, completely understanding Lala being like, you know what, you still live in the house with him, you still are on a show with him, then you should film the season finale with him,” said Scheana. “Then I also understand Ariana being like, but this isn’t real, and we’re supposed to film our real lives.”

But the “frustrating thing” was feeling like the cast had to “walk on eggshells” all season.

According to Scheana, producer Alex Baskin said by mid-season the show was not in a good place, and certain things needed to happen or the season would be cut short and the show would be “canceled.”

“I know Alex Baskin has said that midseason, the show was not in a good place. It was you know, X,Y, and Z needs to happen, or we’re going to have a short season, and the show’s going to be canceled, and that’s it,” recalled Scheana. “I think Lala and I felt a lot of pressure after that day.”

Scheana felt pressure to make the show continue, not only for her family but also the crew of 80 to 100 people. She indicated that Ariana walked away in the finale as if she doesn’t “care if the show ends.”

Addressing her reunion drama with Lala, Scheana said there were so many “layers” of complexity given that she didn’t want her to feel alone, though she also understood Ariana’s side.

According to Scheana, Ariana approached her after the reunion wrapped, gave her a hug, and said “I love you.” Scheana then went into the dressing room to check on Lala, and they later played mini-golf with their families.

Though she and Lala are still “very close,” she hinted it’s going to be “tough to navigate” her friendship with Ariana in the future.

She then addressed her on-screen conversation with Lisa, who made her feel like Scheana would have “blood on [her] hands” if Tom “does something” while facing “suicidal” thoughts. She also felt that Lisa in a way was trying to guilt her into being friends with Tom again, as she knew the “heartstrings” she could “tug.”

“In a way, I think [Lisa] knew the heartstrings of mine she could tug on, and having lost a brother to suicide, having me lost someone very close to me from suicide, that is something I take extremely seriously,” shared Scheana. “And in that moment, I was like, okay, I don’t like what you’ve done to Ariana, but I also don’t want to see you dead.”

Scheana claimed Ariana wouldn’t tell her if she believed Tom was “suicidal,” and she didn’t help her figure out how to handle the situation. Because of this, Scheana had to “figure it out” for herself, and she decided to have more conversations with him to check in on him.

But Scheana claimed Tom had “ample opportunity” to have a conversation with Ariana before the season began filming, so she suggested that his attempts to talk to her on camera in the finale were too late.

Vanderpump Rules Reunion Recap 2: Ariana Snaps at Lala for Not Respecting Her Boundaries, Schwartz is Slammed for Refusing to Admit Jo Relationship, and Sandoval Teases Dirt on James, as James Calls Him Out for Rolling His Eyes

It’s part two of the Vanderpump Rules reunion.  Lala is still trying to understand things that have nothing to do with her and Katie is just mad…pretty much the whole time.  First it was Lala coming at her, then the Scheana/Schwartz make out gets brought up, and finally Jo comes out to try and speak her truth.  That doesn’t go so well, as Schwartz tries to gaslight Jo into thinking they were never a thing.  James jumps in at the very end, proving that maybe he’s the number one guy in the group.

Things are going GREAT for Lala and Katie so far.  Not… Lala is coming in hot, calling Katie out for acting differently off camera.  Lala reminds Katie that she had a lot to say about Ariana when the cameras were down, but when Lala tried to bring it up while filming, Katie wouldn’t bite.  Katie claims she chose not to talk about it because she was “over it” and didn’t want to make Ariana feel guilty.  And she was certainly not resentful towards Ariana, as Lala insinuates.

Schwartz points out that Katie was probably scared to not be #TeamAriana, but Ariana backs Katie by calling her 100% authentic. Ariana states that Katie is valid in her feelings and Lala just misses the Katie who would also be a truth teller, delivering facts and having uncomfortable conversations. Lala felt like Katie was treating her like the enemy, but believes they will be back to being good friends, even after this touchy conversation.  When Andy points out that Katie looks p*ssed, Lala retorts, “well, that’s standard….” And also an easy way to have Katie remain angry with you, Lala.

Because Katie was not mad enough, Andy decides to switch topics and bring up the make out session between Scheana and Schwartz.  To be clear, this happened YEARS ago, during a time when Katie HATED Scheana coming into the group.  Scheana buried this secret because the last thing in the world she wanted was to hurt Katie. Schwartz apologizes to Scheana for coming on to her and for being a “sloppy, drunken fool.”  If not for Scheana’s repressed memory of the evening coming to light during glamping, this would have stayed quiet.

Scheana stands by the fact that every guy in the group has hit on her.  James denies it.  Sandoval also denies it, however, Scheana’s got a LOT of details… Speaking of hook ups, Katie’s revenge bang with Max gets discussed.  Schwartz claims to have manifested this so he could show the world he was a bigger person in this kind of situation, but you know it’s killing him, since Max is his bff.  Katie plays coy when asked if she hooked up with Max a second time, so…she did?

The Lake Tahoe trip was NOT a “Sandoval redemption trip,” but rather a way to try to get the group together after the chaos of the past year.  Schwartz gets questioned for calling Ariana the queen of the group and Ariana believes that Schwartz is the ONLY person who thinks she has an ego.  Just wait til she sees Lala go off about this on the finale episode…

Ariana understands where Scheana was coming from this season as she struggled to be loyal to Ariana, but wanted to let Sandoval back in her life. Scheana desperately tries to show Ariana how much she means to her.  Ariana’s boundaries are a hot topic and Andy points out that Lala had boundaries in 2022 about communicating with her ex, so why was everyone giving Ariana such a hard time?

Lala says that the giant difference is that there was a child involved. Katie believes that Ariana is still allowed to have boundaries, but Lala doesn’t understand how Ariana can sleep in the same house as him, yet claim boundaries, especially after having a new boyfriend “10 days later.”  Ariana reminds Lala that she supported her boundaries and that Lala doesn’t have to understand her boundaries, but rather respect them.

The fan photo where Scheana has her arm around Sandoval gets brought up.  Ariana admits that she was slightly uncomfortable, but not as uncomfortable as Scheana was when Ariana didn’t tell her she was going to be on Dancing with the Stars (Scheana’s DREAM position).  Ariana says she remained tight-lipped because of production and she was afraid that if she told Scheana, she may have been over-heard. Andy makes a plug to have Scheana on DWTS and Scheana poo-poos it, as she has plans with her band…but maaaaybe next year.

Ally enters ready to read Andy’s chart, and Jo enters ready to be eaten alive by Katie. The whole Jo segment left me feeling uncomfortable, since Schwartz refuses to call what they had a relationship, when it very clearly was one.  Schwartz and Jo met through Kristen Doute, but it’s strange how they connected…and how Jo wound up crashing at Schwartz’s when she could have asked her FRIEND Kristen.

Schwartz states that it started platonically, but it evolved into a sexual relationship and refers to Jo as “an escape.” Katie actually felt bad for Jo because she saw her situation with Schwartz very differently. Schwartz claims he never texted Jo that he loved her, but he really did say he loved her because he cared about her.  Schwartz believes that he was transparent with Jo, but Katie believes that Schwartz was “displaying f*ck boy behavior.” Jo reaches for a tissue and nods as the girls talk about the disconnect. Jo points out that it’s sad to see there was a relationship and it’s even more sad that Schwartz refuses to use the word relationship when discussing their time together, opting for the word “magic” instead.

Schwartz was scared to put labels on what they were and Jo is hurt because she felt like Schwartz’s dirty secret, whereas he has hard-launched a new girlfriend now.  No one is sure what to make of Jo.  Ariana dislikes her because she believes Jo knew about Rachel and Sandoval and Katie, well, Katie makes her opinion very clear. Katie claims she was so mean about Jo because she didn’t trust her and claims she used “colorful descriptors” when talking about Jo. Katie tells Jo it’s not about her, but Katie behaved that way towards Jo because of all she was dealing with.  The last thing Katie needed was Jo…but that sounds like a Katie problem.

When it comes to James and Ally, they embrace the airport shade and embrace their role as parents to some cats and Hippie.  Speaking of Hippie, Rachel came out to say that the dog’s bad behavior was a result of how James treated her as a puppy, but James states that Hippie has transformed since being home with him.  Ally throws shade and says that the group hasn’t really inspired her to get married and have kids, despite James wanting it, like yesterday.

Lala has been sober for almost 5 ½ years and she thanks Andy for acknowledging her sobriety.  James hasn’t had a drink since April and Ally shares that she didn’t like who James was when he was drinking.  Ally actually moved out of the house for two nights (and no she did not crash at Schwartz’s) and states that if James were to start drinking again, she would leave.

According to Andy, the real star of VPR this season is Ann, Sandoval/Ariana’s assistant (no, it isn’t Summer Moon, much to Scheana’s chagrin).  Ann decided to work for Ariana because she wanted to work with and for other women.  Sandoval felt like he got kicked in his gut when this happened, but wastes no time throwing Ann under the bus when it came to “attempted dog murder.”  Sandoval states that it could have been him OR Ann who left Ariana’s bedroom door open, causing their dog to eat something and get very sick.

In Ariana’s eyes, there is no doubt that the dog stays with her in this break up.  After all, she purchased the dog.  This causes Sandoval to roll his eyes, setting off James.  James points out that Sandoval was fine when Rachel took Graham from him and wonders how Sandoval had no problem with that then and now here he is making a mockery of the situation.  Sandoval gets defensive, as he always does, and blurts out to James, “I’m keeping my mouth shut about the things I have heard” about him.  James tells Sandoval that he is “galloping so far ahead of you I can’t even see you.”  Touché, James.

Scheana Shay Reacts to Ariana Voting No on Pump Rules Return, Why Katie Hid Feelings From Ariana, and If Lala's Hypocritical, Plus Lala's Criticism of Ariana

    Credit: Instagram

Scheana Shay reacted to Ariana Madix allegedly voting “no” in a poll about Vanderpump Rules returning on Friday’s episode of her podcast.

Before answering a number of questions about Lala Kent, 33, including her potential hypocrisy and criticism of Ariana, 38, and her handling of “Scandoval,” Scheana, 39, shared why she believed Katie Maloney, 37, hid her feelings from Ariana, and suggested Ariana wasn’t being considerate of their co-stars in regard to season 12.

“As her friend, I fully support [Ariana] pursuing her dreams. I always have. I’ve said that multiple times. If VPR and reality TV no longer serve her, then onto the next thing. She’s going back to Broadway. She’s doing Love Island. She has so many amazing things lined up. I don’t even know what else is in the pipeline for her, but I’m sure many more amazing things. So if it’s time to move on, I completely get it,” Scheana began on the May 17 episode of Scheananigans.

She then shared her feelings as a castmate of Ariana’s.

“If this is true, it’s kind of frustrating that she would advocate for the end of a work project that, you know, is a big part of my business and what Lala and I as moms do to support our families,” she explained. “That’s what’s tricky, too, with this show, is our life is our job and our job is our life, and as a friend, I understand and respect boundaries. As your co-worker, there can be moments where it’s frustrating.”

In the screenshot below, Ariana is seemingly seen in the “No it’s done” side of a poll that asked, “Do you think there will be a season 12 of VPR?”

During recent episodes of Pump Rules, fans watched as Lala called out Katie for failing to be honest with her frustrations with Ariana to her face, all while venting about her behind closed doors.

In regard to the reason Katie would have done such a thing, Scheana described it as a “business decision” made for the sake of their sandwich shop, Something about Her.

“I think it was and has been a business decision for them to remain a united front. They’ve made a lot of money on Something About Her so I get not wanting to affect their business and I fully support that,” Scheana stated. “I know Lala said at the reunion she felt that Katie was being fake by acting one way on camera and different behind the scenes, but I think Katie was probably prioritizing her brand as she was probably making more from that than the show.”

“As a friend, I understand and respect the business decision, but again, as a co-worker, it’s frustrating when you’re not living your truth,” she continued, noting that when certain cast members show up and do the “uncomfortable stuff” and others don’t, it’s “frustrating.”

Because Lala had drawn such a line in the sand after her split from Randall Emmett, 53, many have felt that she was hypocritical for expecting interaction between Ariana and Tom Sandoval, 41, after their messy split.

“I think it’s different situations, honestly. Lala and Randall weren’t co-workers. If Randall had been on the show, I think it’d be a different story,” Scheana said in response.

As for Lala’s suggestion that she lives in the comments section of social media, Scheana denied that was true.

“I think it’s more the concept that I let public perception get to me as I really don’t spend a lot of time in the comments section,” she clarified. “I read the first 20 to 30 as those are usually people I follow and friends, and then I’ll see the next couple, but once there’s a negative one, I’m like, ‘Okay, let’s put this away.’ If I did fully live in the comment section, it would not be good for my mental health. Of course, I care when people are mad at me. I’m a people-pleaser as we know, but I’m also working on that.”

Also on the podcast, Scheana responded to a question from a fan who asked if she agreed with Lala that Ariana got cheated on and made that her “whole personality.”

“I don’t agree with that. If anyone has made it their personality, that would be more fitting of the other woman involved,” Scheana said, giving a nod to Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29.

The Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion continues next Tuesday, May 21, at 8/7c on Bravo.

  • Vanderpump Rules Reunion Recap: Lala Says Katie Complained About Ariana Off-Camera, & Exposes Her DM, Sandoval Calls Rachel a “Coward” & Ariana Admits to Not Watching Show; Plus Brock Gets Emotional Over His Kids

Vanderpump Rules Reunion Recap: Lala Says Katie Complained About Ariana Off-Camera, & Exposes Her DM, Sandoval Calls Rachel a “Coward” & Ariana Admits to Not Watching Show; Plus Brock Gets Emotional Over His Kids

    [ad_1]

Vanderpump Rules Reunion Part 1: Sandoval Calls Rachel a "Coward" For Not Returning This Season; Ariana Admits to Not Watching the Show; Plus, Lala Calls Katie Out for Acting Differently Off Camera, Citing a DM and Claiming She Blamed Ariana For Restaurant DelaysIt’s part one of the season 11 Vanderpump Rules reunion.  This time around, there are no couches, only chairs, and there are no restraining orders, so luckily all parties can be on set at the same time.  However, that does NOT mean that Scandoval is a thing of the past.  In fact, the majority of this first part focuses on Rachel, Sandoval, and Ariana.  Where they’re living, who they’re living with, and just how quickly Ariana “dropped” Katie to head to Broadway.  Intent vs. impact seems to be the theme…

The reunion kicks off the way any great Bravo show does: 7 hours prior.  We viewers get a snippet of what’s to come and the fact that they will be watching the finale episode live, together, makes me cringe.   But that will have to wait.

For now, Andy is here to step in as mediator, since Ann, the infamous assistant of the season, is not available (Andy’s joke, not mine).  LVP realizes that there’s a lot to work out within the group, but Sandoval feels like he’s in a better space than last year.  According to Ariana and Katie, by the time the reunion airs, Something About Her will be open (but upon a quick Google search, that place still hasn’t opened its doors). In the meantime, Ariana is having the time of her life and Lala is prepping for the arrival of her baby by buying a house in the Valley.  Scheana and Brock have ALSO purchased a house in the Valley, which seems like insurance to get on another show in case VPR falls through…

Andy points out that during the season Sandoval and Ariana lived under the same roof.  Ariana has filed a petition action to forge the sale of the house, but she cannot talk about it as it is an ongoing legal issue.  Ariana is currently not living in the home and Schwartz is still on the fence about moving in with Sandoval. As everyone teases them about being grown up roommates, Sandoval is the only one not laughing about this and explains that his dad is in his 60’s and still has roomies.

When it comes to Rachel, LVP calls her absolutely ridiculous.  Sandoval wanted her to come to her own decision about returning to the show and Lala feels like they might’ve had a “productive conversation” should Rachel have come back.  However, Lala explains that she would not have changed how last year’s reunion went down, referring to the fierce loyalty to Ariana.

Sandoval calls Rachel a “coward” for not coming back, considering they both are responsible and he has chosen to face the truth.  Sandoval believes that the rumor that he groomed Rachel implies “pedophilia,” but Lala, who evidently has a LOT to say, disagrees with him.  Lala does admit to being a projector, but understands that Rachel’s lack of responsibility remains a big issue.  Sandoval reminds the group that they were equal partners in this affair and it’s wild that Rachel is now going after both him and Ariana with a revenge porn lawsuit. Sandoval admits that it’s one thing to go after him, but for Rachel to go after Ariana is a new level.

When it comes to suicidal ideations, Sandoval talks about the ups and downs.  Lala and Scheana feel like that might have played a role in why they chose to soften towards him, but Ariana remains stoic.  She doesn’t appreciate how Sandoval spoke publicly about her mental health.  Sandoval says that he felt as if Ariana used that as a “manipulation tactic” to keep him in the relationship, but no one is buying it.  Sandoval further claims that the reason he put Ariana’s issue out there on camera was because, “I didn’t believe it.”

Sandoval gets called out for comparing the affair to George Floyd and OJ Simpson.  He does his best to talk his way out of that, claiming that he simply meant that his affair should not have been as newsworthy as the important issues were.  Katie points out that Sandoval should think before he speaks because there’s something called “intent vs. impact.”  It doesn’t matter HOW Sandoval meant it because the impact of the statement is more important and long lasting.

Lala shares the exciting news that she is expecting a little girl with donor #1, the one they selected at the party.  Regarding her custody agreement, Lala gets emotional explaining how she has yet to reach one. Lala talks about how close she is with Randall’s first wife, Ambyr, and that although dating is on hold, “no man or woman is safe.”

Scheana talks a little about her post-partum OCD and the intrusive thoughts that come with it.  Because Lala, Scheana, and Brock feel like a throuple, Scheana admits to worrying that Lala and Brock could get together.  She blames this intrusive thought on Scandoval.

When it comes to Brock, he shares that he is up to date on his child support, but has yet to see his other children.  He is not sure how to move forward with them, but gets emotional talking about how Summer is his second chance at being a dad.  When Katie calls him an amazing father, that speaks volumes, considering she is a harsh critic.

Ariana has had herself a YEAR.  DWTS, a new cocktail book, a. new. man.  And then some.  Being on Broadway has been great for her relationship, as Dan lives in NY, but she still remains steadfast on being bicoastal.  Ariana states that it will take a long time to fully process the affair and so she refuses to put her life on hold while she tries to navigate the aftermath.

James gets a bit salty talking about the double-standard he faced when he moved on “quickly” with Ally.  Ariana, apparently, started dating Dan rather fast, yet no one gave her sh*t.  James claims to be over it, but it seems like it is very much still bothering him.

Speaking of relationships, Sandoval has a new girlfriend, Victoria.  She is a successful model who used to date Leonardo DiCaprio. Good thing she has never watched the show.  Does she know what she got herself into with this guy?!

After a decade, the doors of Pump were closed for good eight months earlier.  LVP has moved some stuff over to TomTom, and she claims that it was because of all the backlash that came after the affair. In truth, no one knew if the TomTom “brand” would survive the scandal…not even LVP.

LVP gets shady talking about Something About Her, claiming that the timeline for the restaurant was greatly affected by disagreements and Ariana continuously being away.  More on this topic later…

Ariana admits that she hasn’t watched any of the season because she didn’t want to get dragged back to a dark place.  She states that Lala has been transparent and Ariana understands that Lala was working through stuff herself, so there’s no beef there.  But, Katie and Lala did a lot of head butting this season.  Lala claims this tension stemmed from a DM that Katie sent her.  According to Lala, the DM said, “Get rid of your lawyer cuz what you need is a therapist.  You’re a f**king clown.”

Katie tries to clarify what she said, but Lala felt like Katie jumped down her throat. Katie wanted Lala to see herself in Ariana’s shoes and she didn’t appreciate how Lala tried to tell Ariana how to deal with the sh*t.  Lala explains that she felt “abandoned” by Katie and Katie wonders if it’s because she didn’t want to jump on the Tom train like Lala did.

Lala then goes on to make a big accusation: Katie acts differently off camera than on camera, saying things off camera that she then denies if brought up on camera.   For one, Lala claims that Katie said that Ariana abandoned their restaurant and that this time last year, Ariana was not caught up on the rent for the shop. Katie vehemently denies confiding about this stuff with Lala, but does admit that she didn’t get a heads up about Ariana heading to Broadway.

Lala states that her and Katie are supposed to be the truth tellers and that maybe Katie lived in the comments too much, trying to figure out how to play to the fans because “it’s no secret that Ariana is a fan favorite,” so no one wanted to go against her on camera. Lala also made this same claim about Scheana and James, suggesting they play to the audience.

Apparently, at some point, Katie lost it on Lala, threatening, “if you’re gonna f**k with my business Lala, then I’m gonna f**k with yours.”  To that, Lala retorts, “And honest to God I wanted to say you to Something About Her is really Nothing About Her,” a jab that Lala knew would cut deep.  Ariana looks on in confusion as this all unfolds…and it’s just part one.

Scheana Shay is opening up about her relationship with Ariana Madix after her husband, Brock Davies, suggested that Tom Sandoval has been a better friend to her on the finale episode of Vanderpump Rules.

As Lala Kent, 33, admitted that Ariana, 38, is “not a great friend” and James Kennedy, 32, defended his co-star, suggesting that she’s always supportive and quick to respond, Scheana, 39, admitted to being hurt by her dwindling friendship with Ariana as Brock explained why he felt that Sandoval, 41, has stepped up more with his wife.

“I think Brock hasn’t been long enough to make that fair of a judgment. Ariana has been an incredible friend to me … I think he was kind of wrong in saying that,” Scheana began on the May 7 episode of the Vanderpump Rules: After Show.  “I think it’s just maybe because Brock and Tom built their own friendship then maybe he saw more of the Tom side than the Ariana side.”

That said, Scheana confessed to feeling sad about the distance between her and Ariana.

“Over the last year, it has been less. She’s been [busier] and I understand that. [But] it hurts,” she shared.

According to Brock, he finds Scheana’s status with Ariana and Sandoval to be “complicated” due to Scheana’s past closeness to Sandoval.

“Scheana and Tom have this relationship where he was a big brother to her. He stepped up in her dark days, in her down days when she’s had bad days, Tom’s been there with no one else around,” he stated. “And the fact of the matter was, Tom is the guy that organizes the events, gets us together, and he brings us together. If we’re left to our own devices, Ariana’s busy, we’re busy, and that’s it.”

“We’re still friends but if you’re comparing, that person was always inviting us to do stuff,” he added. “[But] we’ll be fine. Time heals all wounds. Everyone’s thriving.”

In her own After Show segment, Lala also pointed to Scheana and Sandoval’s past as she criticized Ariana for not being a good friend.

“Sandoval has for many years made sure that Scheana’s good. Ariana’s not a great friend. If you’re looking for someone to ask you how you’re doing … she’s not the one,” Lala stated.

But James felt differently, saying, “I don’t experience Ariana not being a good communicator. If I text her, she texts me back right away and then she responds to pretty much all my Stories.”

“Maybe she’s just blowing Scheana off then,” Brock replied.

Most Shocking Moments on Vanderpump Rules

    [ad_1]

On Vanderpump Rules, it often feels like there are at least three major scandals vying for attention in each episode. The Bravo series always delivers the drama and we’re here for it.

While the scandals on the hit Bravo series may be stressful for the Sur staff, we must admit it makes for pretty great reality TV. From Nasty catfights to the notorious “Scandoval,” let’s take a look back at some of the most shocking bombshell moments throughout VPR.

Jax tells Stassi he got a woman pregnant in Vegas

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right? Wrong! At least not for Jax Taylor. The SUR bartender ended up breaking Stassi Schroeder’s heart after he confessed to his then-girlfriend that he had relations with another woman while on his trip.

Not only did he cheat on Stassi during his Vegas trip, but he ended up getting the woman pregnant. This moment led to Stassi and Jax’s official breakup and changed the show’s dynamic forever.

But Jax, who was still madly in love with Stassi long after their split, did everything he could to win her back.

Which leads to our next VPR scandal…

    Jax gets tattoos of Stassi

Jax was so eager to win Stassi back, that he got a tattoo with her name. Eek! While Stassi admitted during the Season 3 Reunion that she was happy to see her ex groveling and pining for her, she knew in her heart that she’d never get back with him.

The Season 3 Reunion continued to shock audiences when Jax revealed yet another tattoo dedicated to his ex-beau. On his upper arm- and it’s still there! – is a tat of Stassi’s face. Well, at least part of her face. According to Jax, the tattoo melds Stassi’s face and Carmen – his girlfriend at the time.

Hmm… to each their own, I guess?

Stassi slaps Kristen over her affair with Jax

Another outrageous moment in Vanderpump history was when we learned about Kristen’s affair with Jax. It was a major bombshell since Kristen was so good at lying to both Sandoval, Stassi, and the audience, all while insisting it never happened.

To add fuel to the fire, Stassi and Kristen were best friends at the time. Due to their insanely close friendship, it felt like the ultimate betrayal. And when Stassi and Kristen finally sat down to talk things out, it exploded into a vicious catfight.

Tom and Ariana get together, leaving Kristen in the dark

Before the notorious Scandoval occurred, Tom was caught up in another scandal that involved Ariana. Long-long ago, in a kingdom far-away called Season 1 and Season 2, Tom was in a long-term relationship with Kristen. While dating Kristen, he began spending more and more time with his “buddy” Ariana.

Because Tom and Ariana were so close, Kristen grew rather jealous. After confronting Tom about his relationship with Ariana, he insisted over and over again that they were merely friends. Yet, after Tom left Kristen to be in a relationship with Ariana, Kristen was devastated by such treachery.

She warned the pair that their relationship would end badly, because of how it began!

(Sips tea, side-eyeing Tom and Ariana.)

    James and Kristen’s wedding confrontation

Shortly after Kristen’s Sandoval heartbreak, she hopped into a relationship with DJ sensation, James Kennedy. Although they seemed like an odd match – considering their age gap and mismatched personalities – it’s safe to say James was smitten. When Kristen began to neglect this relationship, all hell broke loose. The final straw occurred at Scheana and Shay’s wedding when Kristen…wait-wait. You guessed it: Kristen went off with another guy. This led to a horrible fight between the couple, with Kristen ending it by outright punching James.

    Tequila Katie

When she’s not drunk, Katie comes across as the sweetest staff member at SUR. But as soon as she starts downing the tequila shots, the seemingly “innocent” one morphs into another person completely. She even has an alter ego for her drunken persona, whom she calls “Tequila Katie.”

Tequila Katie has done some malicious things in her day, from picking fights at birthday gatherings to verbally attacking Scheana merely for having some harmless fun.

Yet, the Tequila Katie persona recently landed her a nationwide commercial for Chili’s new Espresso Martini! Incidentally, in the ad, Katie emphasizes her love of tequila. Yep, that’s fitting!

    Katie and Tom Divorce

Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz – aka TomKat – were a fan-favorite for many VPR fans. Sure, they’ve had their ups and downs (too many to count). But at the end of the day, there was a certain charm to their relationship which eventually led to marriage.

But according to Katie, she felt neglected, like she wasn’t a priority to Schwartz. In one heated argument, she emphasized how Tom defended his friends, but not his wife.

Fortunately, it seems like they’re on friendly terms now.

Jax cheats on Brittany with Faith

On Vanderpump Rules, Jax Taylor needs to cheat like fish need to swim. It’s just who he is. The SUR bartender cheats on every single woman he’s been in a relationship with. So it’s not exactly shocking when we learn he’s cheated on Brittany.

Only problem is he cheated on Brittany with her co-worker, Faith. While Brittany swore she was going to leave Jax after learning he’d cheated on her multiple times, the two worked it out. They even had a baby!

In 2024, after five years of marriage and nearly 10 years together, Jax and Brittany are separated.

    Too sad.

    Scandoval

And of course, we can’t include a list of Vanderpump Rules scandals without adding the infamous, legendary “Scandoval” to the list.

One of the most truly egregious moments in Vanderpump (or TV) history, was when fans learned of the affair between Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss. It came as such a surprise to audiences because Tom had been in a committed relationship with Ariana Madix for close to a decade. Viewers, who’d witnessed them evolve as a couple for years, felt a sense of second-hand betrayal.

To make matters worse, Sandoval had been cheating on Madix with Leviss for over six months.

While speaking on Hot Mic, the reality star spoke of what ignited his affair with Leviss. “I was lacking so much love,” Sandoval admitted. “I was yearning for it. ..I was yearning for that admiration in my life that I wasn’t getting. And so when I got it, it became intoxicating to me.”

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval had an emotional moment with one another at the Vanderpump Rules reunion, which was filmed back in March.

In a just-released sneak peek at the upcoming special, Ariana, 38, and Sandoval, 41, tear up while discussing their past relationship as Lala Kent, 33, warns Ariana of an impending fight backstage, Jo Wenberg accuses Katie Maloney, 37, of ganging up on her, and Lisa Vanderpump, 63, hints at someone’s exit from the series.

“You’ve all been through such an interesting, shared experience for over a decade that we wanted you to watch this ending together and then get your real-time reactions,” Andy Cohen, 55, states as the preview begins.

Although it isn’t revealed what the finale entailed, Ariana seems deeply impacted by the events.

“It hurts my feelings a whole lot. It really does,” she cries.

“You know me well enough to know that this is not acting,” Sandoval replies.

    “I don’t,” Ariana insists.

Sandoval then tells his former girlfriend, “You knew me, Ariana.” But she continues to cry and tells him, “I just want you away from me. I just want you gone.”

At that point, a message across the screen reads, “Seven hours earlier,” and the cast is seen arriving at their Los Angeles set.

“You can cut the tension with a knife,” Tom Schwartz, 40, tells Lisa.

“How do you feel about seeing Ariana today?” Andy asks Sandoval.

“I don’t know. Nervous,” he admits.

Elsewhere, Lala puts her dukes up at Ariana and warns her, “We get out there…”

Once they arrive on set, Jo joins the group and shares her thoughts on Katie’s many comments against her.

“I never felt ganged up on, honestly, by anybody except for you, Katie,” Jo states.

“I was dealing with a lot of sh*t,” Katie replies.

“It’s no excuse,” Jo fires back.

Sandoval and James Kennedy, 32, also butt heads.

“I’m keeping my mouth shut about things that I’ve heard,” Sandoval says.

“You haven’t heard sh*t,” James responds.

Then, after Scheana Shay, 38, tells Ariana, “You should’ve walked out the f*cking door,” Sandoval attempts to defend himself.

“There’s no ‘but,’ Tom. That sentence was over,” Scheana interjects.

As for Lala, she appears to get upset with her castmates for keeping certain opinions to themselves.

“Everyone wants to live their real life and I want to live my real life now,” she declares.

As the clip concludes, Lisa says, to someone not revealed, “Sometimes it’s okay to walk away.”

The three-part Vanderpump Rules season 11 reunion begins next Tuesday, May 14, at 8/7c on Bravo.

Scheana Shay Addresses Where She Stands With Katie, Claim Katie Never Liked Her, & Jax Cheating Rumor, Plus If She Was Upset at Lala for Reaching Out to Rachel,

Scheana Shay opened up about her relationship with Katie Maloney, and the claim that Katie has never liked her, on an episode of her podcast last Friday.

While also addressing a cheating rumor about Jax Taylor, 44, and his publicist, revealing if she was upset that Lala Kent, 33, reached out to Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, after she filed a restraining order against her, and admitting to fears about Lala and Brock Davies, 33, the Vanderpump Rules star, 38, offered an update on her friendship with Katie, 37.

“I don’t think that’s true. I mean, you’d have to ask her,” Scheana said when asked about Katie “never” liking her on the April 26 episode of Scheananigans. “Katie and I have had a lot of great moments together. And when it’s just Katie and I, we get along great, and we enjoy each other’s company.”

According to Scheana, she and Katie had a sushi date during season 11. And, while she was “very nervous” going into the meeting, they had an enjoyable time.

“I came out if it and I was like, ‘Wow, we haven’t hung out one-on-one in a long time’ … I feel like we have had a lot of good moments. We have a complicated dynamic [but] when the outside noise is removed, we can be good,” she explained, adding, “The problem is, it’s always noisy.”

While Scheana said she and Katie will likely never be “best friends,” she’s happy they can be “cool and cordial.”

“We can have fun. We can get along, but we don’t need to be best friends,” she stated.

When someone else wanted to know her thoughts on the swirling rumor about Jax and his publicist, Lori, both of whom Brittany Cartwright, 35, recently unfollowed, Scheana didn’t say much.

”I think this is something Brittany will address when she’s ready and give you her reasoning,” she shared. “I’m not gonna speak on rumors floating around, but I will say, I can’t imagine a worse scenario.”

“It’s great when you get to do business with your partner but then if things don’t work out, that’s the hardest part,” she added, giving a nod to Jax and Brittany’s bar, Jax’s Studio City.

During an early episode of Pump Rules season 11, Lala was seen reaching out to Raquel after her affair with Tom Sandoval, 41, and her restraining order against Scheana.

Looking back, Scheana said she understood why Lala reached out.

“Also, I think if Raquel would’ve come back around or would’ve responded to Lala, I think that whole issue would’ve also been discussed, and I know Lala would’ve had my back. So no, I was not upset at all,” she confirmed.

As Pump Rules fans well know,  Scheana and Lala are quite close, spending lots of time together with their daughters, Summer, 3, and Ocean, 3, respectively, and even being neighbors in Palm Springs, California. That said, it did cross her mind that Brock could cheat on her with Lala.

“It wasn’t that Sandoval put this idea in my head. It was that situation. If Sandoval could do this, could Brock do this? My OCD intrusive thoughts just started running wild, and that was one place I went. And it actually wasn’t even Sandoval. It was a comment on YouTube,” she shared. “It was a vlog I posted. I think [Brock] was maybe dancing with Summer and Ocean, and someone commented and was like, ‘Oh, the way Lala looks at Brock.’ And it was like, ‘You better watch out.’ And then it just got in my head but now it’s something we can laugh about together.”

“I trust both of [them] obviously, more than most anyone in my life. So I’m not worried about that anymore,” she added.

Also, on the podcast episode, after joking that “Rob,” meaning her ex-boyfriend, Robert Parks-Valletta, was the “most cringe” thing she’s said on Pump Rules, Scheana responded to Brock’s suggestion that it was her “gang bang” comment, explaining that there was more to the scene that fans didn’t see.

“I get in that van, I don’t know if we weren’t mic’d and maybe there was just a boom mic … Schwartz said, ‘If you get in this van, this is the gang bang van.’ And I then responded to him saying that, and said, ‘I’d rather be gang banged than in the car with those b*tches.’ I wasn’t getting along with any of those girls. He said it. I responded,” she revealed. “I guess that could go on … The list is too long.”

Vanderpump Rules season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.

  • Our Favorite Reality TV Moments

    Our Favorite Reality TV Moments

    [ad_1]

It’s 2024 and Reality TV is more popular than ever. When this genre of unscripted television first hit the scene in the early 2000s, audiences and critics alike quickly labeled these shows “Trash TV.”

For the general public, reality TV is often categorized by viewers as a “guilty pleasure” rather than regular network fare. Yet reality television’s once lowbrow status has shifted in recent years due to the rapid improvement in storytelling and soaring ratings.

Shows like Vanderpump Rules and Love is Blind are massively more trendy than your average scripted series. But let’s take a look back at some of the most memorable and scandalous moments in reality TV history.

    Keeping Up With The Kardashians

    Kim and Kourtney Catfight

Keeping Up With The Kardashians reveals the dramatic day-to-day lives of the most famous family on the planet. Building a Kardashian empire takes a whole lot of work, thanks to Kim Kardashian and Momager, Kris Jenner. But Kourtney Kardashian has always been less of a businesswoman and more of a proud mama of several children.

Many times throughout the series, Kim and Kourtney butted heads over lifestyle matters. While Kim frequently dissed Kourtney by suggesting she’s lazy and lacks work ethic, Kourtney was steadfast in her belief that there’s nothing wrong with being a stay-at-home mom.

Things took a dramatic turn when the ongoing fight led to a physical altercation between the two sisters. It was easily one of the series’ most dramatic moments when the tension eventually reached a boiling point between the eldest daughters in the Kar-Jenner clan.

The fight ended with some nasty scratches on Kim’s back and a whole lot of tears.

Kim Loses Her Earring…In the Ocean

One of the most viral moments in Kardashian lore happened long ago — Kim lost her diamond earring in the ocean! This happened when Kris Humphries — her fiance at the time — playfully threw her in the water.

The incident caused Kim to burst into tears over her missing earring. Yet it was Kourtney’s response that made the moment, when she said: “Kim, there are people dying,” in an attempt to bring her sister back to reality.

The Least Interesting to Look At

In yet another brawl between Kim and Kourtney. Kim screamed in a fit of rage that her sister was the least interesting Kar-Jenner to look at. Ouch! First of all, so not true. But fortunately, Kourt was able to take the moment in stride. For her 40th birthday party — documented on the hit reality show, of course — she had a bunch of decorations strewn about that announced “Least interesting to look at.”

    Vanderpump Rules

Stassi Confronts Kristen and Jax’s Affair

Vanderpump Rules promises epic scandals in just about every episode — one of the many reasons why the show is such a smashing success. Yet one of the most shocking moments of the Bravo series was when Stassi learned of Kristen and Jax’s secret affair.

The news came as a nasty shock, since Kristen was always Stassi’s best friend, and Jax was Stassi’s longterm boyfriend. While Stassi expected as much from the notoriously unfaithful Jax, she was heartbroken to find out that her best friend betrayed her.

Stassi didn’t hold back when she slapped Kristen for her secret affair with Jax.

Jax Gets a Tattoo of Stassi’s Name

If you look up the word “reckless” in the dictionary, you could find Jax’s face. The reality TV villain is known for his outlandish behavior, so if anyone was destined to get a tattoo of their ex girlfriend’s name on their skin, it was gonna be Jax.

To make matters crazier, during the season 3 reunion, Jax got yet another tattoo of another woman’s face on his arm that looked strikingly like Stassi. Stassi hilariously responded by telling her ex, “You’re a literal serial killer.”

    Scandoval

How could we not include Scandoval on our list? For those who have been hiding under a rock for the past year, Vanderpump Rules took a nasty turn when (SPOILER ALERT!) Tom Sandoval cheated on his long-term girlfriend, Ariana Madix, with their close friend, Raquel.

The moment was so outrageous that Bravo fans have been quick to label it as one of the most shocking moments in reality TV history.

    Love is Blind

    Zanab Tells Off Cole

Season 3 of Love is Blind saw Zanab and Cole in a tumultuous engagement. Things took a turn for the worse when Cole expressed his attraction and physical preference for another contestant, Colleen.

While there were several nasty bumps in the road for this LIB couple, fans were still freaked out to witness Zanab confront Cole for his bad behavior during their wedding ceremony. Zanab’s speech, in which she claimed Cole “destroyed” her confidence, ended with the wedding attendees applauding Zanab.

    Irina and Micah Get Confronted

Love is Blind Season 4 was rife with drama inside the pods. While the drama on the dating show is generally focused on each couple, this occurrence involved bullying within the Girls’ pods.

Contestants Irina and Micah were labeled the “mean girls” of the season. And they were finally confronted for it during the season 4 reunion.

    Below Deck

    Natalya vs. Tumi

Below Deck reveals the ship’s crew members in some of the most gorgeous locations on earth, yet the drama happening inside the ship is anything but pretty. Season 8 of Below DeckMed got messy when Natalya and Tumi immediately butted heads.

Of course, the drama was instigated by notorious pot-stirrer Kyle Viljoen, who whispered some things in Tumi’s ear about Natalya that she found unfavorable.

Ruan Gets Fired On Day 1

Below Deck Med Season 8 began with crew member and bosun Ruan getting fired on the very first day. It all kicked off when the crew member failed to provide the proper documents necessary to serve on the ship. Later, it proved that the paperwork he had was forged. Yikes!

    Selling Sunset

    Christine vs. Chrishell

Christine and Chrishell’s polarizing personalities made their time in the Oppenheim Group a nearly impossible endeavor. But their season 1 showdown that happened during the season finale ended with Chrishell in tears as she stormed off the set.

It all started when Christine labeled Chrishell as “fake” for talking behind Mary’s back regarding her relationship with Romain. Christine and Chrishell butted heads for so long, that Christine went so far as to call her party drinks “Chrishell’s Two-Faced Tonic.” Ouch!

    Davina Vs. Chrishell

In 2020, all eyes were on Selling Sunset star Chrishell amid her divorce with This is Us actor Justin Hartly. Their divorce was anything but amicable, considering the deed was allegedly initiated via text message from Justin, and Chrishell said he was unfaithful.

Despite how heartbroken Chrishell was, Davina stirred things up by telling Chrishell that there are “Two sides to every story.” Oof.

  • Lala Kent Still Finds It Hard to Trust Men After Relationship with Randall Emmett

Lala Kent Still Finds It Hard to Trust Men After Relationship with Randall Emmett

    [ad_1]

“Vanderpump Rules” star Lala Kent opened up to Jeff Lewis on Radio Andy (Ch. 102) about learning to trust men again after her relationship ended with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.

Lala broke off her engagement to Randall in October 2021 when she learned Randall was allegedly cheating on her; the two share a daughter, Ocean, who was born in March of that same year. When Jeff asked Lala how long it took her to feel normal again after everything that happened with that relationship, Lala explained that it’s still hard.

“There are certain things about my situation where I’m not able to talk about them. There’s a reason why I’ve been in a custody situation,” she said, referring to alleged investigations into Randall for child exploitation. “But if we’re just going to talk about the cheating betrayal, I mean, it has taken me a really long time. It’s still really hard for me to go out and trust men.”

Related: Lala Kent dishes on her boob job and split with Randall Emmett

She referred to it as a “luxury” that Randall wasn’t a main cast member on the show, which would’ve forced her to “have really tough conversations” with him in front of an audience.

“I don’t know how to shut up,” she told Jeff, “so if you put someone in front of me who’s done me very dirty, I’m going off.”

Upon reflection, Lala admitted that maybe a public confrontation like that on “Vanderpump Rules” would have been good for her. Because of the way her relationship with Randall ended, it’s taken her “a very long time to find closure and heal,” she said.

“I still don’t have the closure,” she added, as their custody battle continues, “but the healing part I feel like we’re doing really well.”
