    In the world of TV serials, every week when BARC ratings come, it becomes clear which show is being liked the most by the audience. Many new serials are being launched continuously, but old hit shows are still managing to grab the attention of the audience. Many interesting changes have been seen in this week’s TRP report.

    Which show topped the BARC rating this week?

    At the top, once again Anupama has strengthened its hold. The show has achieved a reach of 3.4 and it has again reached the number one spot in the TRP race. Currently the story is revolving around Anupama, where a big twist came between the marriage of Ansh and Prarthana. Gautam, who was plotting for a long time, accidentally kills both of them. His real motive was to get the rights of his child. This big drama has kept the audience glued to their seats and this is the reason why the popularity of the show has increased.

    At number two is Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which has recorded a rating of 2.0 and a reach of 3.3 this week. The story of the show revolves around Armaan and Abhira. Both are coming together and the audience is hoping to see their pair meeting again. Along with this, the jail drama is also adding a new thrill to the show, where Armaan is seen fighting for Abhira. This is the reason why this serial is firmly maintaining its position.

    At the third place is Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which has achieved a reach of 3.1 this week. The drama in the show is at its peak these days and the audience is again lost in the world of Tulsi Virani.

    Comedy show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is firmly established at number four. This show never fails to make the audience of all ages laugh. This time, the track going on in the show has also been liked by the people. This fun and suspenseful story has kept the show in the top 5.

    At the fifth place is the new show Tum Se Tum Tak, which has achieved a reach of 2.6. The story of this serial is a little different and is being liked by viewers of all age groups. The heroine of the story, Anu, who is a 20-year-old good-hearted girl, and the hero Aryavardhan, who is a 45-year-old successful businessman, are trying to prove their relationship amidst the challenges of society and family.

    Overall, this week’s TRP list has once again proved that the hold of old hit shows is still strong, but new serials are also trying their best to make their own identity.

    Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa recently took a big leap. The show has seen many changes post leap and many new actors have entered. Shivam Khajuria and Alisha Parveen are seen as the leads right now. Apart from them, actors like Krutika Desai, Manish Nagdev, Spreha Chaterjee, Ishita Modi and others have also entered the show. The story has changed and we saw that Aadhya ran away from the house after the Shahs accused her of killing Dimpy. Anu stays with the Shahs and her grand children, Ansh, Pari, Mahi love her a lot.     Anu wants to search for Aadhya and as per her, Anuj died in a plane crash. Nothing more has been revealed about Anuj in the show yet.     Anu has been searching for her and finds Prem who takes her to Dwarka. Anu and Rahi meet there with the help of Prem and Anu requests Rahi to return. However, we see that Rahi hates her mother and does not want to return. We see the scene happening near a river and then we also see the first meeting of Prem, Rahi there.     Anupamaa, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai have similar storylines?

    Prem is clicking pictures near the river and Rahi pushes that leads to Prem’s phone falling the river. He asks Rahi to remove and give it to her orelse he will call the cops. This scene was shown when Kartik and Naira first met in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Yes, the second season of YRKKH also had the same story.

    Naira changed her name to Tina and stayed at an orphange in Rishikesh. We saw how Akshara came to take her back and Naira hated Akshara. Later, just like Naira, even Rahi asks Anu to save her orphange and she will come with her.

    Even Kartik, Naira’s first meet scene has been copied in Anupamaa for Prem, Rahi’s first meet. Fans have noticed these similarities and are not happy with the makers for copying. The makers of both these shows are the team and they have copied the storyline.

She also added that even the makers did not force her to continue as they understood that she does not look like a mother. After four and a half unforgettable years, it’s time for me to bid farewell to my beloved character, Kinjal, and the phenomenal show, Anupamaa.     She thanked the producer, Rajan Shahi for trusting and giving her the role of Kinjal.     In Anupamaa, Anuj Kapadia (Gaurav Khanna) shows up at Vanraj’s house and hugs his granddaughter thinking that she is Aadhya. However, Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey) gets all angry and upset. Then Anuj Kapadia talks about Aadhya going missing. He blames himself and Anu (Rupali Ganguly) for the same. He states that they are the one who actually killed Aadhya as they chose to be together. He adds that even though Aadhya kept saying that he should stay away from Anu and not bring her back into their lives. However, Anuj did not listen to her and rather made efforts to patch up with Anu. He thought that their love for Aadhya would change her but instead she left the house and passed away. He also accuses Anu that she did not made him understand about Aadhya’s condition. He believes that had Anu said that they should have lived separately, he would have understood. Anu is completely shattered at this point but it doesn’t end. Anuj goes on to say that they shouldn’t have adopted Aadhya. He regrets that decision as had they not adopted her, at least, she would have been alive today. Vanraj, Baa, Toshu and all others feel bad for him. Vanraj even hugs Anuj Kapadia saying that he is sorry to know about Aadhya.
