Priciest home sales in Franklin Square (11010)

The three highest-priced home sales in Franklin Square last month ranged from $740,000 to $1.3 million. 

The priciest Franklin Square home sold in October was a 4-bedroom, 3-bath colonial on .23 acres at 815 Magnolia Drive that sold for $1.3 million. It was listed and sold by Carmela Marra Merollo of Signature Premier Properties. 

A 6-bedroom, 3.5-bath colonial on .20 acres at 836 Hewlett St. fetched $1.275 million. It was listed by Jeannine Principe Puleo of Douglas Elliman Real Estate and sold by Douglas Elliman’s Tayler Mollitor. 

At 89 Herman Blvd., a 3-bedroom, 2-bath colonial on .09 acres went for $740,000. It was listed by Kathleen McCarthy of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Neelam Kumar of Gadura Real Estate.
