Netherlands-based meetings management platform Meetingselect has acquired hospitality technology group Cyberdigma, the companies announced Monday.

Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Cyberdigma “developed the software platform” for meeting space sourcing tool Seats2meet.com and assisted in the development of Meetingselect’s Instant Booking workspace booking tool, according to the companies.

Meetingselect co-founder Anouk Roohé in a statement said the acquisition of Cyberdigma was a way to “strengthen” the company’s “global market position with instant coworking and workspace bookings.” Roohé added, “We are also adding an experienced team of developers to our organization.”

The deal follows Meetingselect’s acquisition of MICE Access in January 2021.
