TOKYO (Reuters) – Most of Japan’s regional economies are picking up moderately as supply constraints ease and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic begins to fade, the central bank said on Thursday.
In a quarterly report, the Bank of Japan raised its assessment for one of the country’s nine regions and left its view unchanged for the remaining eight.
