CHICAGO (WLS) — Two men were found dead in a South Side street early Sunday morning, Chicago police said.

Police said officers responded to an emergency medical services call in the Morgan Park neighborhood’s 11700-block of South Marshfield Avenue around 1:15 a.m.

Officers found two unresponsive men lying in the street, police said.

Both victims were pronounced dead on the scene. How they died was not immediately clear.

Police said one of the victims was 30 years old, and the other man’s age was not immediately known. Their identities were not immediately released.

There was no evidence of trauma to the victims’ bodies at the scene, police said. CPD classified the incident as a death investigation.

Area Two detectives are investigating. Further information was not immediately available.
