Las Vegas will be home away from home for visiting football fans with the return the Circa Huddle Up party series. Designed as the ultimate pre-game for professional football games in Las Vegas, the adults-only casino-resort will host celebrations for the opposing team’s supporters throughout the 2025-2026 professional football season.

Each event will either consist of a pep rally at Stadium Swim, Circa’s iconic pool amphitheater, or a high-energy fan zone at Overhang Bar, located on the second story of the World’s Largest Sportsbook. All attendees who RSVP in advance will receive one complimentary specialty team-themed cocktail and be entered into featured giveaways.

The Circa Huddle Up parties will give guests the chance to win two game day tickets to that week’s match-up, complete with transportation provided by M Ride. The secondary prize includes a $500 comped daybed at Stadium Swim. Additionally, select events will have live radio remotes by top regional radio stations.

Football enthusiasts can “Huddle Up” at Overhang Bar with fellow fans of teams from Kansas City, Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, and more! These events will take place on select dates through November 17th, and the full schedule can be found on the Circa website.

Participants in the Circa Huddle Up series must have RSVP’d on the “Huddle Up” landing page to be eligible for a complimentary drink ticket along with the chance to win the grand or secondary prize. One winner for each prize will be selected at random at the conclusion of every “Huddle Up” event at the designated Circa locations.

  • Circa Survivor NFL Contest Down to 150 • This Week in Gambling

    [ad_1]

After several weeks with little eliminations in Circa Survivor, an upset over Kansas City knocked out over 20% of the remaining field leaving the contest down to 151 entries. The contest had 191 remaining entries going into Week 9. With several large favorites on the board, the picks were spread out among nine teams.

The most-picked team was Cincinnati to beat Las Vegas, and that hit without a sweat. However, the second-most picked team was New Orleans against Carolina. New Orleans was a 7-point favorite going into the week. During the game, they had more yardage, less turnovers and more time of possession than Carolina.

New Orleans had the lead at halftime and retook the lead in the fourth quarter. However, Carolina was able to score a touchdown with 2:18 remaining to take a 23-22 lead. New Orleans head coach Dennis Allen’s job and 40 entries in the Circa Survivor contest were eliminated.

After Week 9 in 2023, there were 1,153 entries remaining. In 2022, that number was just 115. In 2021, there was 1,188 remaining, however, over 1,000 would be eliminated in Weeks 10 and 11 that year. Now in 2024, with 151 entries remaining and a total prize pool of $14,266,000, the implied value for each entry left is $94,476.

In the overall standings, Circa Million VI is being led by two entries. Mantle Crusher and Path2Victory both hold 33-12 records for 33 points each. There are five teams behind them at 32-12-1 for 32.5 points. First place overall in Circa Million VI will win $1,000,000. Meanwhile, looks like reign is 9-35-1 in Circa Million, putting that entry in last place.

The full-season “booby prize” in Circa Million VI will take home $100,000.

Another Expansion at Circa Las Vegas • This Week in Gambling

Our friends at Circa Las Vegas in downtown have just wrapped up a huge expansion of their hotel with the addition of more than a hundred rooms, bringing the total to 618. The construction took over nine months to complete and includes four brand new suites!

Each of the new rooms features high ceilings, multiple charging outlets, a mini-fridge, and an Alexa smart device. What’s more is the work also introduced premium single-king rooms that connect with adjoining rooms, making Circa a perfect choice for families or friends wanting to stay close together.

The work marks the third phase of the Circa Las Vegas expansion, following the addition of a ballroom and meeting space in September 2022. The owner of the property, Derek Stevens, also holds a 6.5-acre parcel of land nearby, even though he has stated that there are no plans for the parcel right now.

This expansion also includes Circa’s most sought-after option, the nearly 1,200-square-foot sunset suite, a spacious option that boasts a living room with a pull-out couch, a wet bar, and a primary bedroom. This offers a serene retreat from the lively Stadium Swim and Fremont Street Experience, making it a popular choice for its privacy and stunning city views.

“I thought downtown needed more high-end hotel rooms when we were designing Circa Las Vegas…” said Stevens, adding that he believes that “…downtown could still use a lot more hotel rooms. I’m excited about what’s going on next to us.”
