Retired French general in charge of Notre Dame Cathedral restoration dies at 74

Retired French Army Gen. Jean-Louis Georgelin, who was tasked with restoring the Notre Dame Cathedral after it was severely damaged in a 2019 fire, has died at the age of 74.
