Durham police are investigating a report of a shooting at an apartment building on Delbert Avenue on Thursday morning.
The WRAL Breaking News Tracker captured video of police tape surrounding an apartment home on Delbert Avenue near Marne Avenue. The Durham Mobile Command Unit was there.
Officers appeared to be speaking to a neighbor across the street at one point.
