I go through a similar cycle every single year. When fall first comes around, I avoid the sweater-and-jeans combo since I am scared that I’ll get bored of it too quickly. I opt for sweaters and miniskirts or jeans and blouses. But around January, I finally take a break from styling fabulous outfits to simply ease into my collection of sweaters and slightly flared jeans and wear the same outfit formula on repeat.
